The employees really couldn't care less about your experience.  The tables were dirty. The bathroom needed a key. I repeated the order 5 times within less than a minute. I ordered the plate with chow mein, beef broccoli, and orange chicken. I got more broccoli than beef, maybe two small slices of beef? The orange chicken isn't what it used to be.  The employees were complaining they don't get tipped, when they're being paid hourly, plus profit sharing, plus bonus.  I'd avoid this location and honestly, any restaurant in this location. Every time I went to this area it was bad.

I usually come here if I want to get ripped off and not get my monies worth. Not sure how THIS is considered a double order of teriyaki chicken. Honestly, this chain and specific location, are just a joke. You’re better off ordering food from the local mom and pop shops, as they give you what you paid for. This place is pathetic

SO DISAPPOINTED!! ASKED FOR STEAMED RICE AND BEEF AND BROCCOLI AND AS YOU CAN SEE I ONLY GOT BROCCOLI AMD MAYBE 2 SLICES OF MEAT FOR $15 SMFH NOW I HAVE YO GO GET SOMETHING ELSE TO EAT !! THANKS ALOT !

Placed order online and when I arrived, they said they had no record of my order even though I had an email confirmation with an order number.  I had to show them on my phone what was in my order and they said they would make it right away. 0ne of my items was a two entree plate with one side but when I  got home with the order, there was only one entree included and the other spot in the tray was empty. They forgot my Black Pepper Angus Steak and there was an extra charge for this item.

Just went to pick up dinner at dinner time and they we're out of a lot. I asked how much longer and they said their cook was on break! Sorry maybe it was a good idea to refill everything and then go on break, so 10min wait! When you know it's dinner time! Ever discouraged about ever going there next time. Atleast offer extra sides or something.

The younger lady at the counter was extremely rude. It was our first time coming to this location and we’ll never come back. She kept responding to us with an attitude. We asked for a bag and she ignored us then threw the bag at us without even looking our way while she continued talking. My fiancé and I own a business and work in the food business. We understand about customer service; and they didn’t have any.

Placed an online order, showed up at the time they said the order would be ready, it wasn't. Was very polite and ask how much longer they said 5 minutes, It took an additional 38 minutes and the veggies and orange chicken was cold. Will never eat here again.

Never get sweet and sour sauce for each wonton order. 1 for 2 orders is not enough. Uber Eats driver can't figure this out even after asking.

I made a pickup order and when I got to the place everyone in the staff was sitting down on their phones and my order wasn’t made. Then costumers walk in an they leave my order for last, I thought you do pick up so it’s ready and you don’t have to wait in line. They then managed to mess up my order after I waited for 10 minutes on a pickup order and they wouldn’t give me a refund. This place is horrible and I really don’t recommend doing business with them. If I could give them zero starts, I would.

BY FAR THE BEST place I have been too, and worked a all the staff is super friendly Rochelle is the best manager I have worked with everyone there is super friendly and nice the place is cleaned and the food is always fresh, my boyfriend and I enjoy this place and plan on coming back
