Fast service, decent food I mean for the price, we all know it is not healthy. I like their orange chicken and beijing beef and that’s why i wanted to go there. Prices are really affordable to everyone and you get a huge amount of food! The line was long but it was moving fast. The only thing that was bad were tables. They were sooo dirty, and obviously not cleaned. All of them. If dine in is allowed, I think they should clean them‍
This place is close to work and I always give it another shot understanding that it might be because they’re busy which is why they lack customer service.. today it was dead and there was still lack of customer service, and food quality could be more consistent. Happy employees = happy customers.
Usually I would give a 5/5 stars because this location usually has really good really fresh food, but today the food was not good at all so much that I had to write a review on it, the fried rice was not cooked! Literally every bite was clumpy of hard rice, chow mein had very little flavor, bejing beef is usually sooo good but for some reason tonight it just wasn’t it, texture and taste were off, cream cheese Rangoon’s tasted a little off as well. Only thing that was pretty average was the orange chicken. But I wasn’t expecting g that from this location like I said usually the food is amazing and so flavorful but this time was very different I’m hoping to come back when the food gets better and the rice is actually cooked!
Fried rice was not cooked at all, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp were cold as well. They didn’t even offer a refund when i went to complaint about rice.
Orange chicken was hard as stone. I ended up hurting my gums. It was cooked fresh but who knows for long it's been sitting in a freezer.Food: 1/5
Busy when I walked in all staff were pitching in to help keep the line moving. I had asked, about the Pepper Chicken if it was hot? She said, "made with pepper but not spicy hot"and she was correct! Unfortunately there didn't seem to be very much chicken that serving. Clean tables and floors.

I was only one in the store all warkers where talking . I was told to wait 5 min for veggies. Not only they cooked for all other costumers after waiting 27 min I ask how much longer the cook Denny told me he is starting cooking veggies. He started to argue with me. The worst service ever After 27 min I just left ..
On Wednesday June 1, 2022. Terrible customer service at around 3:00pm - 3:30pm. Walked in and stood waiting for service. One employee walked by and did not acknowledge us. Not even a simple "hi... someone will be right with you...". I noticed there was possibly a shift change. That should be not be an excuse. I suspect management is partly to blame on the failed operational aspect during shift turnover. I understand the challenges of staff shortages in the services sector... but blatantly walking back and forth multiple times in front of your customers who have been standing there for five minutes without at least a simple acknowledgement is terrible. I've been to many other Panda Expresses and was never treated this poorly. Restaurant had no napkins. Roll of bathroom paper towel in place of napkins at soda machine Three separate customers had to come back to ask for plastic forks. Tables were dirty. Floor in front of the drink machine was wet and slippery. This location does not even have a drive-thru. On the plus side: The food was good. Portion size was generous. Mount Prospect Panda Express has potential. Service is below standards in this particular restaurant when compared to other Panda Expresses.
Bad service ,rice super dry, i ask for sauce the girl said we dont have, i call the chef he show me diferent kind of sauce , chicken was sour, i went to aks for the manager all the employees where fooling around in the back, wont come back here again
