Dine-in is open! And this location is newly remodeled! Very nice, but I still miss the old photographs on the wall. Food was fresh and tasty as usual. New dish this month, the crispy Almond chicken is really yummy! The family feast for $29 is a great value.
Panda Express is always a win. The food is always quality and we love that they do military discounts. The employees at this location are great and there are always clean tables to sit at! They did unfortunately scrape the side of the chow mein bowl and gave us a few over cooked crunchy noodles... but nothing to stop us from going back.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
When you pay ten bucks for a meal, when the majority of it is rice, I would hope to have my hunger partly satiated. I've purchased the same meal from this location many times and been very happy with it. But last night I was very disappointed. One scoop of rice and 8 bits of honey chicken. Yes, I counted because it seemed paltry. I was served by the manger, so I suppose I should expect to get the bare minimum, but come on. I called the next morning, partially with the hope I could get a whole meal, or at least the rest of the one I didn't get previously. The way the call was handled taught me that this is a very common complaint they receive. Portions are measured, but the next time I come in I can "get a little extra". I done want extra, I expect value. Having worked in food service for 10 years myself, I understand how important portioning is for the business to be profitable. But it's just as important to provide appropriate amounts of product for the advertised price to retain customers. Oh, I almost forgot, I love being talked to as if I'm a 5 year old being chided for not saying thank you to my grandma for the butterscotch I found under the couch and then ate before dinner.
I was very disappointed in the food, I feel like other locations at least seem pretty consistent and considering I had a plate with fried rice/noodles and two entries at least one thing would have been good. Unfortunately, not a single thing tasted right or seemed quality. It was extremely crowded, so maybe that contributed to my experience.
Who doesn't like decently tasting Chinese food for a criminally cheap price? They should be Arby's because they definitely have the meats, and delicious ones too. The honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken especially are slightly to die for, and the fortune cookie is always encouraging to brighten your day. A++++++
Very disappointed with this location's service. The food is usually real good but the lady at the register today was ignorant. I asked for extra soy sauce for my plate of rice and she only gave me one. I asked for a few extra and she ignored me, How hard is it to satisfy your customers and give them 3 or 4. I will no longer give my business to this location. I will go to another location that treats their customers better.
This location is hit or miss. I’ve had good food and good service here, but it’s just inconsistent. Sometimes they give me a lot food and they are fast, but other times I don’t get almost any food, they’re slow even when I ordered it online, and the food is cold.
The quality of food is fine. Normal. My review is more service based. They're the only place in the area open on Sundays, and they don't open until 11:30. I worked at 12 and so I was kind of in a rush, and they didn't open the doors until 11:35. When they did open, they didn't have chow mein, or several entree options ready to go. This delayed me until almost 11:45 and then they didn't put any utensils in my to-go bag. Overall I was grateful they were open, but I wasn't able to eat until my food was cold due to the service quality.
Good food. Friendly and helpful service. The building itself was a little dirty, but they were very busy with all staff working to get food to the customers.
This location is fast! Kaylee and Angela did a great job keeping up when the lunch rush started to get crazy. It's clear they really care about the customers experience.
