I payed $1.50 extra for my angus steak, instead of got stems and the majority of the broccoli steak was just broccoli, I think the service should be better for tue amount of money that we paid for the food . But I still love the place
This location never has food. Ever. Their drive thru is long! This seems to be the only location in Lake County that has supply chain issues. Everyone else has all options. I think the staff simply don’t want to make food because they are always understaffed and have been since before Covid. This has been an issue for years!
I don't visit this location a lot, but when I do, they are always out of certain items. Quality of the food is usually okay, but quantity you receive is always variable. Order accuracy and missing items seem to be a real struggle for this location. Just be sure to check your bag before driving away. Staff are generally nice and friendly. Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options and a few vegan options available. Unfortunately, the Beyond Orange Chicken was only available for a limited time.
Girls are working as fast they can, but still very slow delivery average is 20 minutes wait time. Can increase man power during busy hours, it may bring more business and good reputation. Doordash and uber eats driving’s are avoiding this restaurant due to very slow delivery. Towards food quality and quantity are perfect.
Literally the saddest excuse for a A manager John can’t even listen to a schedule and Alway would come in high. He can’t keep the same energy as his employees when it comes to maintaining the restaurant. Let alone who tells someone I would’ve never hired you if it were up too me? “Stellar manager” who’s goal was to always put me down.but the hours and pay is alright you also get free food and you’ll meet some cool workers along the way! But John as a manager needs to go he treated me awful. And when I worked there the equipment was constantly broken and we were always outta food. I don’t understand why they keep him as a manager he’s just a shady character at the end of the day.
It’s really a -5 establishment. Ordered for delivery..after an hour plus called only to be told they didn’t make our order because they ran out of one of the options we chose. No call and they were unable to cancel our order because they had no manager on duty and no one there knew what to do. This place is seriously the worst! Have to drive there to get my money back and it’s not close but there is no way I’m allowing this place to steal from me!
I ordered a plate today where I asked for chow mein and double teriyaki. Once I ordered they told me if I could wait -5-10 minutes since they didn’t have neither of the things I asked I said it was okay. I waited and got my food once I got home they gave me a whole different thing it was orange chicken instead of teriyaki chicken. I paid 10$ and waited for them to give me the wrong thing. Really disappointed this shows the employees from there they don’t pay attention of what they doing. This is not the first time it happens. Definitely not going back there worst service ever. Don’t waste your time coming here

Half the time you go to this location their out of what you're ordering. Hell, the mobile app doesn't even show everything they have at every other Panda. I've had them change items on me AFTER I ordered. This ain't 2020 anymore, what is going on with this location????
