This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I used to work a Panda. I know what it should taste like and this was nothing like it. Everything had absolutely no flavor. The Broccoli in the Broccoli beef was inedible it wasn't even broccoli and it was all stems. The noodles weren't even the right kind. They were thin and dry. The rice was bland and lacked taste. I'll be sure to not go to this Panda again. The only good thing, the gentleman in the drive-thru was polite.
We placed an order through Uber Eats. The order arrived and the entire order was wrong! We ordered orange chicken,.mishroom chicken and beef broccoli. We ended up with a chicken that lit the mouth on fire! We were missing all the proteins we ordered and missing spring rolls. Called the restaurant and the manager blamed Uber!! I am 100% positive Uber did not box our food and tag it!!!!
It's very disappointing that they are so close to the interstate for travelers to stop for food, but they don't have accommodations for infants in the restroom. Not only did we have to wait and weave around people in line just to get by to use the bathroom before we order food, but when we walked into the spacious bathroom, there was not a changing table for my child. It was very tempting to just leave since I have to stop somewhere else anyway to get my infant's diaper changed after a few hrs on the road. What kind of restaurant this day in age doesn't have changing tables in the bathroom???
First time enjoying this Panda Express. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. We needed a moment to decide but as soon as we we're ready we we're assisted promptly. I had a few questions and every question was answered clearly. Food was good as it's fresh. I will be going backFood: 3/5
We called to discuss missing items and managed to get a kid speaking like he was of Asian descent as a joke saying "there's no manager here" Over sauce .... dude should be fired immediately. I've contacted corporate already and truly hope you guys terminate that employee and he learns a lesson about how to be a human. Will NEVER patronize this establishment and do plan to tell everyone about the RACISM displayed by the employees tonight. Not to mention all the laughing happening in the background. I'd be ashamed of myself for acting so inappropriately. We spoke with the employee January 15, 2024 about 9:05 p.m. And then his coworker took the phone and said " sorry my buddy just gave me the phone. What's up" or he stopped speaking in a fake accent. Who knows. Who do you have working for you ?
I came here and I have a picky eater and this is one of the few restaurants she likes. So we came and ordered her a kids meal with white rice and noodles, but the worker said they were out of white rice for the night so she got fried rice she doesn’t like fried rice. And as we were about to leave we saw the same guy serving white rice! I was mildly infuriated since he could have said something somewhat like, “we don’t have any but if you could wait for about 10 minutes we will have more made.” But no! He just tells us that they are done for the night even though they close at 9:30 and it was 7:45. Disappointing experience
Absolutely worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The food is really good but the workers are extremely rude and always tell you to wait as soon you arrive even if there is no line and no one in the parking lot. Really wish the customer service would be better because the food is very good. But easily the worst workers I’ve ever had to order from
Food is great, service is good now and they have a friendly staff. Things have changed alot since covid with staffing issues but this place is trying, please be patient with them. Sometimes I see only 2 or 3 people running the whole place but they get it done, so cut them some slack. Thanks for reading my reviews and enjoy your meal.
We ordered in the drive thru, and the line was incredibly long, we waited for almost 20 minutes. They repeated our order back at the speaker which was nice, and when we pulled up to window almost everything was present and correct. However, the girl working the window, Renee, was very distracted and barely paid any attention to us. She was talking and laughing with the other workers and didn’t say two words to us. We had asked for extra teriyaki at the speaker and didn’t get any, so we asked again at the window and also for some sweet and sour sauce. She gave us the teriyaki, and then blindly grabbed another sauce not sweet and sour, but the plum sauce pictured to hand us. We knew the sweet and sour usually comes in a cup but we didn’t question it when she handed us packets instead. We were very upset to to be blown off and to have incorrect service because of it.
Ordered a plate and only got 1 meat. I called and just asked for a credit and it was fine. Then heard another employee in the back ground complaining and he took to the phone saying I got mine and was very rude said I ate it and just wanted free food. I do not recommend going to them if they can’t own up to a mistake
