A month later I walk in to get food with a friend we order the same thing and we’re given portions sizes of hat were noticeably different. When I brought it to the employee helping us she stated it was the policy for one scoop. No problem, I was just asking for the servings to be even. I could do nothing but laughed as added one pice of meat to the serving. The had also seen her chiding another staffer for over filling a family sized serving of an entree. I walked out with out any food just because of the experience I went in grab lunch. There were 4 individuals working the food line and 2 cooking. Although they were doing there best to serve us and keep a good attitude it really felt like something was off. People were having to wait for food to be cooked. I skipped ahead of the individual that were ahead of me. My order wasn’t correct as I asked for egg rolls and got crab rangoon’s. As I was no longer at the restaurant I couldn’t do anything about it. I tried the crab rangoon’s and were not fully cooked and just tasted gross. The other items I got were enjoyable. But a very disappointing experiences
The lady who took my order was polite and speedy. When I got the window, however, that’s where I encountered the problem. I opted to pay via tap with my phone which I gave to the cashier, Maryanna S. She goes to tap with my phone then brings it back to me and TELLS ME I had to put it in my code first then tap and I’m telling her, NO, I know my phone you have to tap then let it recognize my face. When it worked she takes my phone AND the receipt and sits it on the counter. She goes and talks to her co-workers while still taking an order, WHILE MY PHONE AND RECEIPT ARE STILL SITTING ON THE COUNTER! Mind you I was on a phone call so I’m looking through the window like lady give me my phone back! She comes back to window and tells me she will hand me my phone, receipt and food ALL AT THE SAME TIME! As if I was supposed to sit and wait for my food to come before she can hand me MY PHONE THAT I PAY FOR. Is she crazy??? I snapped and said I NEED MY PHONE She almost threw it back at me, but I knew she was tripping on something or off of something to pull a stunt like that. Y’all better watch her. If anybody’s info gets taken or tarnished with, I can guarantee she’s a prime. That was the weirdest thing to happen to me at a fast food drive thru and I’ve seen some crazy stuff! Her name is Maryanna S and I will definitely be calling and talking to a manager or coming in to discuss. The food was ok, but presentation was poor. The chicken and rice was already mixed together like it was already being eaten. Yes I will be doing the review on the receipt as well
I ordered the bigger plate with Teriyaki Chicken, mushroom chicken, and peppered steak. For the Teriyaki Chicken they did not give me any Teriyaki Sauce and for the mushroom chicken, it had 0 cucumber and was only half of their small paper box. This is very disappointing and honestly isn't worth half the price. They were smart enough to have a receipt that is impossible to read to no survey is able to be completed.
Drive through order. And tonight the honey sesame chicken was not the same it was extremely hot. Nose running and tongue burning hot qhen it is usually sweet with a hiny of spicy. Someone definible put too many red Peppers in today you can see it more on chicken than usual too.definitely needed the rice to help qith heat. But stomach still upset now.. Disappointed tonight.
Everyone except the tall skinny black guy has an attitude problem when the store is opend and there are multiple customers waiting right at open. Also, there was a love cockroach that I stepped on for you guys. Might want to check the whole restaurant for any infestation.Food: 5/5
I was heading to Panda Express drive thru before work on my way to get lunch and there's was no line so when I got to the drive thru speaker the young man speaking was not very friendly and his tone when he talks was rude. He didn't talk properly as well. The food was good though. But the drink was not! I ordered medium Dr pepper and it was so water down that I had to throw away. This is the second time I had bad experience at this location. The first time a year ago the young lady was rude at the drive thru. These young people working at Panda Express can't work well under pressure and whenever they're having a bad day they taking their frustrations out on customers. Bad customer service!!!
This place is one of the most consistent fat food restaurants in the area. They are super quick, super friendly, and super clean. The food is always fresh and even when they are temporarily out of certain items they make an effort to restock quickly. This is an amazing place to eat and our family loves this location.Food: 5/5
Love the food and service is usually very quick. Not sure of their business model, but none of their dining rooms are even used anymore. Again, I love the food and service, but it's just another boring take out and drive through only food joint.Food: 5/5
The line was so long, you have to park and wait 15 to 20 minutes for food, don't forget to ask for napkins, utensils, and sauces because you may not get any. My food was warm after waiting for 20 mins, Customer service is ok but they all look mad all the time.Food: 3/5
I was really craving lo mein... not Cabbage. And the spring rolls were sub-par. Didn't taste fresh.Food: 3/5
