First, let me say that I'm a big fan of Panda Express food, but unfortunately, not of the Management and service received at this particular location.  My pre-teen son asked "May I please try a taste of the Teriyaki chicken, I haven't tried that before, and don't want to waste all of your food bringing it back if I don't like it.".   The answer he received, and the answer I also received from the "General Manager of the store, was that they don't give samples anymore, that "YES, by company wide policy, if he wanted to taste anything, he'd have to order it, and if he didn't like it, then they'd offer him something else, or his full refund." Huh?!  Yes! They'd rather waste a whole plate of food, than give you a sample and save.  O....K...  It's sad how the simplest little request, can become the loss of at least a few hundred dollars a year worth of sales, or wasting food.  But hey, you're a huge company that can afford to tick off a few hundred bucks a day worth of business or food....right?!  BIG O Speaks

horrible service you have 4 customers waiting for food and paid for that they havent even served cause they cant keep the line up and make enough rice for the plates im not gonna pay and sit around and wait for them to cook rice when there supposed to stay on it  then they get attitudes when you walk out on them 4 customers walked out upset do not go to this one service is horrible less than one star

The Employees were kind and patient with me.  I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted and they were very patient, to say the least. Lol.  Very chill atmosphere.  I recommend this location for everyone.Food: 5/5

I ordered Chow Mein and gave me Cabbage Mein. Second time this happens, should of read the reviews as I noticed more people are not happy with the quality of "Chow Mein". I specifically told them don't put to much cabbage on my Chow Mein since u cant no longer see what there serving you. As you can see from the pics I barley got any noodles and a whole plate of cabbage. Definitely done with this place. Use to be good and know the quality is bad. Must be new Managers or something since it all starts from the top and its obvious they don't take there reviews seriously.
