The food is great unfortunately you spend A lot of time standing in line waiting to place your order. They only had one person at the counter serving the walk in customers, this Individual was responsible for taking your order and putting it together and also worked the register. Once the drive-up window had slowed down it was only then that that person came and helped at the front end, they need more people because the next time I'm walking out .

I come here all the time. You can never go wrong with panda express. They have a drive-in. It's an okay place. So far, I've not had any bad experience here, the staff are usually nice.

Staff is friendly always giving out samples to make sure you like what you get.

Slow service. Suppose to be Fast-food. Ordered food over thirty minutes ago. Arrived and spoke with little girl. Girl offer no apology, nothing. Order was one bowl, one plate, one egg roll. Does not take about an hour to get order ready for pick up. Girl's excuse was concern food would get cold. What if customer likes cold food? Girl does not know that. Slow service. Takes another fifteen minutes while preparing my food, girl answers phone call (maybe from Lesbian lover?) then goes out of sight elsewhere. Almost an hour to prepare order. When food was brought home, found pubic hair in fried rice plate. Tossed plate into garbage. Disgusting. Where is the health department in Chicago inspecting this dump?

There is always something wrong with my order,but I still go to this place anyway as it's the closest to my home. Today will be the last time. I checked my order as I'm use to always missing something or something going wrong, which it did.i went back to tell the cashier i was mssing a sauce. she rudely walked away and started doing another order. Came back a minute later and gave me the sauce that was sitting on the counter this whole time without any apologie. Worse experience ever.
