Staff are friendly and devoted to their work. Food is easily the best of any local Panda Express. Overall, I'd say it's a great time; especially if you get fresh orange chicken.

Also, after reading some of the dissatisfied reviews, there seems to be a trend of people complaining about common mistakes that could be fixed just by informing the staff. They didn't give you chopsticks or forgot your sauce? Go ask. Mistakes happen when they're busy. Stingy with food? There are weight limits to what they're allowed to serve you. These are hardly 1-star problems and by making them as such, you're gratifying the good Panda name.

Usually quick friendly service. I like the order online option. Pretty clean.

If you like Panda then it is what it is, that being said, this location is usually super crowded, lines occasionally out the door, with a mildly interested staff. You'll see one person taking orders a couple cooking and two people doing... I have no idea what. Lately they've gotten so stingy with the portions I can't justify eating there... they've always used the smaller spots for food, but about a year ago they started spilling the sides into the main course portions (so the bottom is noodles or rice and not the main course), and lately they don't even fill the portions. I'm moving on.

I have to give Panda Express on Overland Road in Boise Idaho kudos for the fact that they were so busy the line was out the door and they kept their composure and so kind and so on point on making sure everybody was taken care of so wonderful job great job. This was 9/22/2017
