Went there on a Tuesday morning and  there was only one server and one person cooking and she was handling money and also handling food I asked her to wash her hands and she briefly stuck them under the water for a second .    She was very annoyed .  The food tasted like it was yesterday's food.  It is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to .   I did give them a few chances I went there a couple of times and each time I went there it was the same .  They sweep when you're eating your lunch and all the dust falls on your food itself .   I would not eat at Santa Maria panda express  ever again !

They're all that Panda Express their need a new menu a new delivery in Santa Maria California. Can't believe the other restaurants of Chinese have delivery and you can be the city haven't
