Would give zero stars if I could. The last two times we've been there, they refuse to make us our food. We try to order 3 containers of orange chicken and they wait until the window and then tell us they don't have any more and do not let us wait even though we offer. We don't even go that close to closing time. Unacceptable. (The two visits were also a month and a half apart.) Ridiculously poor customer service and extremely lazy employees.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Anytime we go to eat here they don't have any selections ready or available so it takes about a half an hour to get in and out, although they usually say ten minutes. normally they have around five employees standing around in the back part of the open kitchen talking to each other and blowing off the customers. It is almost as if they are trying to be the worst service in town. I called a half an hour early before going the other day knowing they would not have veggies available. They said they would put it out for me after putting me on hold 15 minutes and slowing up my schedule. Then she hung up on me in the middle of me making sure they also had brocolli and beef. Then when I got there not only were there no mixed veggies. They had no meats with vegetables either and there was a long line of people that the employees were doing their best to ignore. They were actually hiding in the corner. It was as if they were trying to wait out the clock so they could close early. Management needs to fire this batch of these sophomoric millennials. I will not be eating at this location again.

Be conscious of the fact that if you decide to go here, there is a 75% chance you do not get the meal you want. They are CONSTANTLY out of food. In the last week, I've been craving Panda, so I went 3 times. On the first time, I went and they were out of one entree, so I chose a substitute... that they were also out of. So I left. On the second time, I went and they were out of the same first entree, had my substitute... but didn't have the second entree I usually like to get. But I decided just to substitute the second, fine. The third time, they were STILL out of the first entree, and out of my substitute. Also, however, they were out of white rice. (How??) And this is a consistent problem and has been for years, every time I've been home for breaks. Further, if they ask you to wait for the entrees to cook, they lowball the wait time every single time. On two occasions, I was told 7-10 minutes and waited for 22 and 25 minutes. Yea, I was pretty annoyed so I counted it to the minute. Good food... if you manage to get some.
