Wow, I went all over town to be sure of the kitchen I wanted to get. For many reasons I chose this Panda Kitchen. First of all Ricky was amazing. He showed a great deal of patience. I asked many questions and he always answered respectfully. He worked with my design until I felt satisfied, never rushed me. That was a great feeling because in Miami that is not the case all the time. Today the cabinets were installed, btw, right after I paid. The carpenters did a great job in every way. The cabinets look and feel great. I can't wait for the granite to be installed which is quick too. Also the price is great! Thanks Ricky
My countertop is beautiful however, it was installed unpolished and there were other issues. Ricky sent the installer to polish it after being installed. The installer said" I'll do my best" He doesn't regularly do that. Anyway, why did he install it in the first place?  After,  polishing it, I noticed a crack in the granite countertop. I believe that it was caused by the vibration of the equipment used for the polishing. 
The customer service and politeness of Ricky, has dramatically changed. I now understand many other negative reviews. After many unanswered calls, finally, Panda Kitchen has agreed to replace it however, it's been over a month, and the process was not started yet. I was assured that it would be taken care of asap. I will keep you updated.
