The scale should go to 10 - these guys are fantastic!  We are amazed by the workmanship, professionalism, timeframe and overall, making our home look as though we never had a repair done!  I HIGHLY recommend Panda - no second guessing this decision,  best we've ever had the pleasure working with.

Before I do anything on my home I do a lot of research. I did a lot of reading on the best way to fix my stained and cracked stucco and even called some stucco manufacturers to learn more about it. But I was discouraged when I started to call stucco contractors. Most of them seemed to know very little about stucco. Nestor was the first person I talked to who seemed to know more about stucco than just how to put it up. I had decided to fog my stucco because I didn't want to have to worry about a lot of the issues that come up when you paint over stucco. The quote Nestor gave me was very competitive and I hired him to do the job. Later I also decided to add some trim and sills to my back windows. They were able to do the job in two days (just as they promised) and they worked hard the entire day. They did a great job cleaning up and their work hardly intruded on my life. It was so nice! My house looks wonderful and I am so happy with the finished product!

While having to wait for Corona plastering to finish my smooth finish custom house in Burbank. I decided to look for another contractor to finish the job. I found Nestor online he looked at the job on a Saturday we agreed on a reasonable price. And he showed up on Wednesday with about 6 guys. Once they started my project they did not leave untill the job was completed and every bit of trash was gone. Great customer service.

As a General contractor I've used Nestor for big and small jobs. Over a period of 5 years His prices are competitive and his work is excellent I've proudly recommended him to friends and family. He is very professional.
