We were today and were not impressed with the set up there. We normally go to the sandwich counter. It took someone 5 or so minutes to advise us that the line is at bakery. There were 3 of us and the cost for two breakfast sandwiches and one chipotle avocado sandwich, a bowl of soup and 4 bear claws was 50.00 dollars. They do not have a good reward system. You have to spend a lot of money before you get one free drink. We asked for our sandwich’s to be cut in half, and without a look, smile or acknowledgment, they took and smashed down our sandwich and cut it in half. Poor organization overall. Eggs were cold on the new advertised sandwich.

Good food, nice people, but it drives me crazy that they do NOT recycle their plastic cups. They have a recycling hole for bottles and cans, but I have yet to see a can or bottle at Panera, just the large plastic cups which do NOT fit in the hole without a great deal of effort. Spoke to the manager a long time ago about this. He looked at me as if I were from another planet. I also wrote corporate headquarters and they just sent me a canned response. So now I am venting to the world. Panera advertises about how they are now the place for clean eating. How about a clean earth as well? If not for this issue I would give them 5 stars. Oh by the way I took my cup home to recycle.

I gave it two stars because the cashier Haley (or that's what the receipt said her name was because she didn't have a name tag)was rude to me, she got an attitude with me. When making my order she just kept pressing buttons never did she look at me in my face. As she gave me my items I would tell her thank you, up to 3 times. She never answered me or even looked at me. If these kids don't like their job they should find another. The caramel latte she made for me was bitter but my broccoli cheddar soup is always good.12/12/17 receipt 264107

Quick service and standard panera fair. Tables are clean 85% of the time but to the staff's defense this place tends to get pretty busy with local mall shoppers on the weekend and teenagers during the weekday evenings. It does have an interesting location next to a sprint store and a dollar tree so perhaps not the most exciting but it's a nice, fast lunch spot to hit before the jewel or target nearby.
