They were out of the hoagie roll for my sandwich and the Tomato basil bread for my daughter's  sandwich. No problem, we will take what you suggest, do not do that ever.
For a chain that I have patronized for years, this was most disappointing. 
Wish I would have taken a picture of my sandwich before I took it back. Also they were out of bread for my French onion soup, so they didn't give me bread at all.
I am sorry but, isn't the name Panera Bread? The manager had a rough day and didn't need to hear that I wanted bread for my French onion soup. So I wrote this instead of my bread.

So addicted to the cinnamon crunch bagels,  Just went in and picked up 2 dozen. I also bought a couple other things,  can't wait to try them. I'm new to going to panera bread, I love it. I go about once a week now to get the bagels.  My mother in law gets a dozen and I get a dozen. Great prices.

Lovely place--the staff makes the atmosphere cozy and accessible, and the fireplace.completes the scene.  It's homey.

Its a nice place to grab a snack or stay an have a meal the staff is friendly and helpful the food is good the place is clean its over all a nice place to eat at
