My wife and I eat here from time to time and we both really enjoy the food. It is fresh and made to order. They have a food club you can join and earn free stuff. The cost is reasonable and the wait is not long. We usually have the spicy chicken salad with a bread bowl.

I've made several attempts to enjoy this location with little luck.  I work in an office nearby, and would absolutely love to be able to enjoy a salad and soup or sandwich to go.  On several occasions, I've been given food with no cutlery, overly dry bread, rock hard cookies, and generally inconsistent quality of food.  A few months ago I chose to order a soup and salad and specifically requested a spoon from the manager at the to go counter citing the fact that I had previously had no cutlery provided.  The manager said "absolutely!".  When I got to my office, I found the manager had provided a knife; but no spoon - for SOUP.  After deciding to take a break from this location to perhaps give them a chance to correct their issues and honestly to quell my anger, I gave them another chance today.  I ordered a soup and salad.  When I got back to my office, I was pleased to find a spoon inside the bag.  I then opened the salad to find that the dressing container was less than a quarter filled.  I had a full salad and less than a teaspoon of dressing.  I think I successfully covered 3 lettuce leaves and a slice of avocado.  I called and asked for the manager on duty.  Morgan, who claimed to be the manager, sounded incredibly nice but very unprofessional and possibly 15 years old, told me that she was "so totally sorry that happened and will, like, get a voucher out for a salad".  When I expressed that this was an ongoing issue in her location and what my previous experiences had been, she only told me that she had new staff and would work with them.  Frankly, I don't have time, money, or energy to continue to waste on this location while they train and retrain their employees on the fact that a spoon should come with soup and a dressing container should contain dressing.  There is a point where you have to wonder what happened to common sense.

Worst Panera ever - couldn’t get waited on - when I did, she stopped listening to me twice to talk to a coworker (wasn’t work-related!) - so I had to repeat my order THREE times. They offered me my free bagel - but, were out of almost everything, including plain bagels. Then, of course, I had to bus and clean my own table. This is the third time I’ve received such service in the last couple of months here  - I won’t be back.

We ordered two soups,  half sandwiches, drinks. The food was very good and the prices are very reasonable. The dining room was clean. They need more places to sit.

We have tried this place twice now, and both times, they haven't gotten our order right. 2nd time, no compensation for their mistake. Will not be going back to this location.
