Last night (09/09/2017) around 4 AM  I ordered online one Honey Wheat Loaf, in the morning I went to pick it up and my surprise was that my ordered was  not ready and worst one of the girls told me that they don't have any more Honey Wheat, I can't believe I have to spend my morning without my bread and not only this I was calling to speak with the manager and after a long wait she tried to tell me that they didn't bake Honey Wheat it's unacceptable to be lied this way , once the girl told me they sold all of them and manager try to lie to me like I was a child, very disappointed with this store , with the attitude and lack of professionalism, unfortunately my Saturday was spoiled and a very big disappointing morning in front of my family who only eat the Honey Wheat bread, Even if they offer me a refund nothing can be more disappointing and frustrating then loosing the opportunity to enjoy a Saturday morning with my family, I don't need the money the only thing I wished was to enjoy my minimum time off surrounded by my family and eat our favorite breakfast, unfortunately due to the incompetence of few people this wasn't possible..... Love panera bread! Never had an issue that couldn't be resolved at The moment, I always leave happy because I get there food it's ready to pick up and if I need anything or something it's wrong they will fix it right away no problem. Happy customer to visit again and again! For sure

This is a great place is many ways. The food is great and if you select your items carefully, it can be healthy as well (for a "fast food" type place). And in addition the menus have a pretty good selection. The employees are mostly very friendly and helpful.

However as others have mentioned the place can get pretty overcrowded with kids running around and creating chaos. Not great if you're trying to get some work done on a laptop or read.

So why did I give only 3 stars out of 5? The WiFi is the WORST I have seen anywhere. It is so incredibly slow making it essentially unusable!! This is obviously not the employees fault, but whoever owns the place. One other area they are seriously lacking, is keeping the counters and the restroom well stocked. There is CONSISTENTLY something or the other missing on the counters: coffee, sugars, napkins etc. and many times the restroom will be missing paper towels etc.
