Used to order delivery and carry out from this location frequently. With recent experiences and the response (or there lack of) from the franchise owner, will no longer be giving them my business. Went in several weeks ago to order carry out with my mother and the manager was extremely unpleasant but we both figured it was an "off" day for him. About a week later, we had an even worse experience; the cashier messed up our order twice and overcharged us for cookies. We checked our bag before leaving and there was a sandwich missing and one was incorrect. The manager didn't talk to us at all but grabbed the sandwich, looked at the worker on the line and said "OH they don't want this?" Rolled his eyes and stormed into the back. He heard us ask for the manager and even when the cashier pointed toward him and said "That's the manager" he ignored us. Zero apologies from him. My mother called customer service who said that they would contact franchise owner and we would hear back in several business days NEVER called. Stay away!!!!!

The staff is usually pleasant when I go there, but like another reviewer said please check your order before leaving. Again today items were left off of my Green Goddess Cobb Salad (2 were ordered 1 for a co-worker). Neither had bacon, and mine (which I ordered with extra lettuce) had lettuce that was brown (which is unusual for them). It's very disappointing when you're on your lunch break and looking to get in and out. They have to do better with their accuracy.

Mentor Gamers meets here every 3rd Saturday of the month around 2pm to play some board games. I always enjoy this. Good times and good food.

Second time in a week they are out of bread for their soups. It’s not even dinner time. I’m sorry, I thought this was Panera BREAD. How do you run out of bread? It’s in your freaking name. (Food is good when they have it! Staff not so much).

Krista was great with my 9 yr old son, who normally hates haircuts. They treated him like a real MVP! He loved the massage chair.
