I ordered a breakfast sandwich to go and it was great. The location was well staffed and friendly. I received my order in a timely manner and the coffee was recently brewed. The location was clean and had enough parking to accommodate many more people.

The people are so nice. The wait for ordering goes by fast. By the time you get your drink and find a spot to sit, your food is already done. I saw a work help a disable person get their drink and a spot to sit. They are thoughtful, cheerful, and free wifi.

Not even worth one star. $40 order and they forgot my soup and bread bowl (only reason I went). While me and my mom were waiting, my mom was getting her sugar for her sweet tea when a worker walked over and started stocking the straws in front of her. She gave my mom no choice but to step out of the girls way. And I’m sorry for not knowing your menu well enough but I didn’t deserve to be stared at like I’m an idiot. Again, not even worth the one star. I’d happily go back and get my soup but I live 30 minutes away.

My Aunt and I went to Panera together a week ago and both of us enjoy Panera's Atmosphere and the food. But this was the first time we visited this location. We ordered a half of a sandwich and soup each. She ordered a soda and I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. We were given a number pager and we sat down. We only received my Aunt's meal and they collected our pager. I sat for a few minutes thinking they would bring mine and they never did. So I waited 5 minutes or so and then walked up to the counter and asked someone about my food. They said I don't know what happened, it was sitting on the counter still. I was handed my plate and apologized to. Then I said I also ordered a Strawberry banana smoothie and didn't receive that as well. They said ok I will let Her know and have her bring it to you. I sat back down and a woman walked towards us with a smoothie and said we gave your smoothie to another customer and you can have theirs. On the side of it was a tag which said to go customer #__ __ Strawberry smoothie. I was like okay I don't like plain strawberry at all so I had to go back up and give them the one some one else ordered and have them remake mine. I Love Panera and the Food is Fantastic, but the Service at this location is Chaotic at best. I will go again, but for the Food only!

So if they ask if you want your bread thick sliced or thin sliced you tell them thick better double check. You xall managment they blame zomeone thats filling in even though you know the lady that helped you has worked there for over a year.
