Nice clean location. This location is central to Fair Lawn so it's not a busy highway Panera. The staff seem to keep a bit more attention to the tidiness of the restaurant. Shelf's were we stocked and in order. The food was good and served quickly. Had a bread bowl with soup on a very cold day and it was delicious.

This place has horrible customer service. Especially the manager Niviene who thinks everything is funny and laughs in customers faces. 50% of the time I order from here weather its online or in person they are out of things. Also my orders are always incorrect. The franchise needs to get there manager and workers more training or hire better people.

Google says this place would be open until 10 on Sunday December 24th however when I got there at 9:15, the whole place was shut down. There was no notes at any of the doors indicating an early close of this restaurant. It isn’t even a Christmas Eve! It was very upsetting to me because I got a rare chance to get off work early (I work until late at night) and wanted to have some of Panera’s good food. I love Panera but the one in Fair Lawn is my least favorite because service is slow, barely friendly (I got attitude a few times from the cashier and it wasn’t even busy), also closing without any notice?!

50% of the time they are out of whatever i order so i have to have an arugula salad with no arugula. yesterday they ran out of bread and avocado this happens about 4 days out of the week. like compromising with your overpriced food? eat here! how does the purchasing manager still have a job?
