Always clean, good food & friendly staff. Great food a nice quiet atmosphere. More of an adult restaurant than kids. Great to meet up with friends or to relax and get some work done with their free access to wifi. Great soups, bread, salads, coffee, and pastries! Easy parking with quick access to other shops.

The restaurant was not very crowded as the weather was poor that day so I had no wait. The service was friendly and the food was as expected. I ordered the pick two of soup and salad. It came out promptly and was good. There seemed to be several call ahead or order online orders in the take away bins. Overall, a good experience.

It's fine. I come here a lot because the Panera menu is pretty dependable and I like the fireplace but today, for example, when I picked up my soup there were four hairs on the top of it. Not always like this but it's not uncommon.

Good Panera, but staff is quite young and senior manager is certainly missing there. Food menu is great, but preparation & quality depends really on who is in the kitchen. Busy and nice people are coming there. Many freelancers with their laptops as well. Room for improvement.

The staff they have there currently is awful. I understand that teenagers need a place to start, but if they aren't going to take their job seriously and be professional they need to be let go. My significant other ordered a salad and the "cooks" (two teenage females) seemed to do the absolute bare minimum in making it. NOTHING was cut in the salad. My order was messed up from the getgo, they are YELLING back and forth to the cashier how they are out of this or that, and they give her a SPOON to eat a salad with. When I went to the counter to ask for a fork she laughed when I was visibly perturbed at this point. Lack of professionalism for spending $25 on two simple meals is agitating to me.
