I really love coming to this Panera because the staff is super nice and helpful. Recently, I was double charged because the kiosk timed out and wouldn't let me finish my transaction (but apparently it did) and I went to the register and ordered again. I didn't realize until after I had already ordered that my credit card showed up with two charges. They helped right away when I told them about it and gave me a refund on one of the transactions.
I'm only not giving it five stars because i'll be studying here for a couple hours, it smells like they burn food a good amount of times in the morning and it's not very pleasant.

Since they moved it’s gone down hill. My order was 10 min after promised. And then when I rushed to my car it has the wrong bread for the sandwich, half the fixings were wrong, and nothing I paid to add were in. The brownie was stale and there was no ice in the vending machine. I would have gone back in right away, but I was running late to my meeting by that point. I fully intend on complaining next time I drive by. The old location rarely had problems this bad. Did they fire the entire staff when they moved? Stay Away! Other locations are so much better!

Since they moved, everything has gone downhill. My order took them over 30 MINUTES to make. After that, all the tables were full so I had to drive back TO MY OWN HOME to eat my food. Parking is terrible, as is the table-locating system. Haven't had a chance to go through the drive thru, but I imagine it's nowhere as fast as McD's. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the food.

I am disappointed in this location. I went up to order and was welcomed by a "Yeah?" The last time I was here, I asked them is turn down the hot room temperature and the cashier said I needed to talk to corporate. I wasn't given a buzzer today and my name wasn't called. My food was left up on the counter. I see the manager doing 10x more work than the other staff. Even though it is out of my way, I prefer the Butterfield location. They should learn from them. I hope things change before they move down the street.

Boo. Once every few months I get a cinnamon crunch bagel. I walked in at 10:30am and they were already out, which tells me this is poor inventory and planning on behalf of management. There is no other bagel here that I like so I left with nothing. 🙄
