I ordered a to-go lunch with a side pastry on a tough day as a pick me up. The food is always incredible, but they were out of the pastry I selected. When I arrived to pick up my order, they quickly informed me of the problem and allowed me to select an alternative. I was not upset at all, as all the options are great, but the man who assisted me in my order then let me pick out another pastry to take "for the inconvenience." It was a tough day, but the people at Panera made sure I was happy when I left! I ended up with lunch and breakfast for the next day! The way I was spoken to and treated during my visit was exemplary, and I so much appreciate the great service and wonderful food.

We have tried this one for it's convenient location but they've been out of bread bowls multiple times. Today we were told they usually run out of bread bowls at lunchtime. Which to me sounds like a reason to make more so your dinner crowd will have some. They gave us extra baguettes to make up for it but it's not the same.

Panera Bread advertises that their bread is always fresh and that they always use the purest ingredients in whatever they make. The result is something delicious. If you're in the mood for a sandwich, if you want some delicious soup, come on by. This is a great place to eat, and your walk out feeling proud of yourself.

Great food, love the great selection of teas and lemonades. Could use a little work in cleanliness and customer service. Over all decent experience.

We ordered food at 12:50 pm, at 1:50 I started calling to find out what was going on and after my 4th call I finally got ahold of someone. The manager apologize and explained that they had two drivers that were sick. I understand that but a phone call would have been nice. Manager said the food was already on its way but could refund the card and still drop off the food. It's 3pm and the food is still not here and it's not the first time this has happened trying to have food delivered from this location.
