This used to be a good location to get a fresh crisp salad, unfortunately over the past 6 months I have gotten more saggy salads than I care to admit. The staff doesn't seem to care. This time my Fuji Apple salad didn't even have chicken on. I would have gone back to complain but I have done that 3 times in the past. It's just not worth the money they charge if they cannot get product quality correct. Depressing!

Having been to Panera several times I'm moderately aquainted with their ordering process. I refuse to use the kiosk. Service was fast but not helpful. I ask for my sandwich to be on flat bread and toasted heated. I paid extra for it. There 8 in my group. 1pm. We ordered separately. Soup was,watery, not broth. They evidently thinned it with water. My sandwich was not heated and on wrong bread. It took 20 minutes to bring it out n it was wrong. When I explained to the table service it was wrong they offered to remake it. Only if it didn't take 20 minutes. They assured me it wouldn't. It did. My table was finished eating and ready to leave when it was brought out. I told table service give it to the manager I wouldn't be eating it. As I was leaving the manager approached and offered to make it right. He Would give me a gift card for my next visit. I explained I didn't live near a Panera AND Was Not carrying a card around in my wallet that would expire in 12 months. Thought of a thousand more tacky things and settled on, give that 5 dollar joke of an apology for failure to a homeless person. Perhaps they could get a drink n muffin off it. Told him have a good day n walked out. Over priced. Horribly performed. My coworker even called his chicken salad cat food chicken. It did indeed look like cat food. He nor I intend on returning.

Pretty sorry, mgt is carefree (careless) if you get what you ordered great. Lucky one. If not, tough. Enjoy the good food, because Panera is good food. This location is like moth to a flame.

My issue is not with the food but with the customer service aspect... what kind of sense does it really make to set your delivery distance cap to 8 min away from the location. I'm literally 9 min away and sick and pregnant can't come pick food up. Kind of messed up to be honest. You can't at least round it to an even 10? Thanks a lot Panera. Ridiculous.

No matter what time you come, they are ALWAYS out if everything bagels. Always. So, if it sells so well, why not have enough for your customers? Also, the registers are slow and they ha e to ask you 1000 questions... do you want to add this do you want that etc etc. Update: I ordered plain bagel with ham and cheese. Apparently this screws them up. I got the last bagel, the girl ask me “how do you want it cut (one of the 100 questions you get at the counter). I told her. I finally paid after my wife and I repeated the order 3 times. Sat at a table for 15 minutes, guy comes out and says they are out of plain bagels! I said “he had mine in her hand!!!” Whatever... get whatever bagel you have then. He then says “the way she rang this up we have to make you two sandwiches ... one ham and cheese and then the bagel.... I said at this point I want food. I don’t care what you bring me. Bring me 12 sandwiches if you must...
