Rapid orders are always on time. Personal was kind efficient and fast. The order was great, and the food quality was as good as usual. The coffee and drink were good, noting when wrong, and even so, they'll fixt it right away. I like this place is calm and clean. Employees are also very welcoming. The variety is always on stock. I'll recommend this panera.

Great location  Clean restrooms and dining area, and friendly staff. Their bread especially the sourdough, is delicious, and lasts a long time. The sandwiches and soups are always good, and the baked goods although pricey are good. I suggest avoiding the coffee, though.Food: 5/5

It's my favorite place to get my muffin for my coffee. My favorite is orange cranberry. Pumpkin is also good. The salad is so awesome. I get the Fiji apple salad. Nice place to have any meal of the day. Healthy choices.Food: 5/5

With the unlimited sips club, Panera Bread has become my go-to for doing a cafe meetup with my kids or husband. It is now my home base for writing my upcoming book. I love that I can sit and sip on their delicious beverages while writing, especially the dark roast and the charged up cold drinks. So delicious! The bread bowls are quite the reward to help motivate me to finish my next writing goal. I have fallen in love with this place! I love the unique chairs and sometimes the warm fireplace.

Store manager showcased customer service like I was at a 5-star restaurant. He helped me carry my large order to our table. He happily replaced my wife’s breakfast sandwich due to it lacking egg. I saw him generously help others too. The food was delicious. I’ll be backFood: 4/5

Rather large dining room. Their "system" was down while we were there, making it impossible to use some of their programs. Food was fine, as usual. Service was quick enough. Dining room was pretty dirty. They seem to be somewhat understaffed, as many places are these days. Note that cream cheese for the bagel is $1.60. Using butter instead will save you some money.  Parking: Plenty of parking shared with the Starbucks next door.

Yesterday I went into this Panera location to pick up a catering order. We had gotten the pick up locations mixed up, but Jacklyn swooped in and took charge! She jumped right in to help create a new order and completely alleviated any stress I had about getting the food I needed in a timely manner.  Jacklyn had amazing customer service and went above and beyond. Thank you!!! :

The staff are friendly and helped me when I messed up my order at the kiosk. I had a bread bowl with French Onion soup and it was good. When I'm in the area, I will definitely eat there again.Food: 5/5

This location has drastically fell off lately and I don’t understand why.I had to stop being a customer because I’m wasting my money.As friendly and helpful the staff are their quality of work is horrible.My sandwiches are always sloppily made and never the way I ordered it and the soup just doesn’t taste the same anymore.I don’t plan l. Being a patron anytime soon but I hope they do improve.

Pretty disappointed in my latest visit. Generally, I don't have any issues here, and I was going to give this a 3 star but then the ending made me a bit more upset. Did a carryout order with some customizations, basically none of them were taken into consideration. I called the store and asked for them to remake my order and they said they would and I came in to get it. They offered me a pastry for the trouble but apparently rescinded that when I told them my wife's order was also wrong and I'd like that remade too. She had a salad with chicken which they gave her the wrong dressing originally. I don't think they believed that was reason to remake the salad but ultimately that wouldn't have been an issue if the order was right to begin with. The new salad came with no chicken so that's why I took it down another notch. I wasn't trying to get free food, I was just upset for having to come back a second time for my order to be correct. Pictures posted as proof wrong dressing, onions on sandwich, no chicken in salad. I'll update rating if things improve with future visits.
