Staff are great, the restaurant is nice. My Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was less than great. There was about 1/3 of the bowl full and tasted good, but it looked less than appetizing and not even close to the picture. Standards are very important in the restaurant biz and should be maintained. Pictures are what I received versus what I expected. I hadn't even taken one bite.

My wife and I stopped into Panera for lunch today. Not too crowded. Counter service was good. Friendly and competent. Our order came out correct. Her Napa Chicken Salad was good, but thin. My spicy chicken breast sandwich and cream of chicken soup were good. We both had Iced Coffee, which was fine. Good quality and service as usual.

I ordered the chicken ceasar salad, & just picked it up. Not only is it half full, but it only has 2 pieces of chicken on it! I've never experienced this at Panera Bread till now, & I'm greatly disappointed. It makes me want to take back my tip will think twice before tipping the staff again here - they shouldn't sell this to a customer, & ask for a refund! What a rip off! Adding the dressing just made it shrink even smaller! Panera is supposed to be fresh! This romaine is so wilted, that it makes this half full salad look even less! I'm not happy, & nervous to order from this location again in the future.

I usually love Panera, but today I was not pleased. I ordered a pick 2 with soup and a grilled cheese, and my grilled cheese was not grilled. At all. My husband's teriyaki chicken bowl was an extremely small portion also. I won't be rushing back.

I was looking forward to trying the new chicken sandwich but when I got it the lettuce looked like it had either been frozen or rotten, see picture. It was very dry, not hardly any aoli sauce on it. I was very disappointed.

Only decaf coffee and it was cold. Finally got regular after they made it. Soup was cold, had to microwave it myself once I found the micro hidden under the coffee bar. Never offered a meal upgrade or choice of sides. Chicken salad was tasteless. This cafe used to be good but not the last few visits. Had to interrupt workers conversation to get help.

Not only is the food always really good and clean but the service is always so good. I just went through the drive-through and there was a malfunction with my order so just to be nice they gave me a free cookie. Such great customer service

The management at this establishment has really gone down hill. The manager Celeste who was working was very unpleasant around the employees. While I waited for my order, I first saw her walking around on her phone and walked into the bathroom with it in her hand. I thought that was very unprofessional. When she came back out she was rude to the employees who were just doing the best they could. One of the employees there asked a coworker to help out in the drive thru and the manager gave her a lecture and told her not to tell coworkers what to do. This employee was clearly just trying to help a struggling coworker out. The manager didn’t seem to care about the employees at all and how they were struggling to do their job. I was very disappointed

I love the manager Lori at the Greece location she is so kind and professional and makes my experience with coming every time. Also, the staff there is amazing, shout out to them as well!

I absolutely love this location. My orders are always on time when ordering from mobile app. The fact that you can earn free treats is pretty awesome as well. Everything is always fresh especially the salads and fruit cups. Staff are always friendly. Want to eat healthy? Well this would most certainly be the place to go
