You can’t beat the monthly sip club deal at Panera Bread. All the coffee, tea, or any of the self serve cold drinks for just about $10 per month. I love this place! Always friendly, helpful staff. And this busy Panera Bread has a real “Friends” feel like the usual people there and they are known by the staff.
Does management in this particular Panera enjoy bad reviews or do they just not care? They take your money and give you nothing in return. This place is nothing but terrible. Second time I’m picking up to go order there and 2nd time is terrible. Sandwich looked and tasted like it was half day old. Even a baguette was old. Seriously?!?!? No butter with the baguette. Staff not pleasant. Sorry. Pick another Panera if you must. A few months later…. Another pick up, and still the same. A salad with hardly any salad?! Management of this location seriously needs to make some changes.

09:51 the cashier on the phone. I approached to her starting ordering she wouldn’t take her eyes from her phone. I showed to her my rewards card twice. She asked for my phone number I’m like right here child. Three order 4 time I had to tell to go. This location's drive-through was actually very fast, unlike other Paneras I've been to. Associate was very nice, smiled which is rare. I got the Baja bowl and it was perfect.Food: 5/5
Saturday morning soufflés are alway gone. You’d think they could find a way to better keep up with demand. Today my husband was told it would be 15 more minutes so he waited inside. He checked again and was told 7 more minutes. After 15 more minutes he checked again and was told there was a problem with the oven. He turned and walked away and was told “have a nice day” in a snotty voice. He had paid for those 2 soufflés. Service and attitude need adjusting! Never going back! Note: this was on January 7, 2023.
Let me start off by saying I order from Panera 3-4x a week In crystal lake with no problem. This Panera in particular is awful. Everytime I order from them there is a problem. I don’t know if they have any common sense at all but as you can see that is NOT a 20 oz coffee, which I pay $5 for… they give me a small EVERYTIME I order a large. And I was even told by staff “no that’s definitely 20 oz” okay then you obviously can’t see right. And the disrespect how my sandwhich was made was unreal. Just ingredients thrown on top and half my sandwhich falling apart when I just started opening it up… they don’t even cut up the Avocado they might as well just give me a whole one. Also, thanks for the straws and napkins to drink the coffee and smoothie with! Oh wait there is none! I don’t know if the owner here is a penny pincher and tries to rip People off but it sure seems like it. Will be telling everybody not to come here
Nice Panera that was built for the modern day order. They had a nice order pickup area, a drive through, and kiosks. The food came out relatively quick and tasted as panera food should. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. I just felt like I saw many employees chatting amongst each other and standing around.
A mediocre Panera. Have some trouble with 50% of our orders. Sandwiches are sloppily made, salads are wet and lacking. Never feel fully satisfied with my order, doesn’t feel like the good quality that Panera used to have. Serving sizes are definitely definitely smaller than before. Feels like cheap fast food sometimes. People at the counter are usually sweet though. I think the management is to blame. There is definitely no quality control here and seeing from the reviews, I’m not the only one with complaints. Definitely the worst Panera in the area.
This is a breadbowl? False advertising. Avoid. Clearly this place needs all new staff. The reviews are right, stay away.
