Panera Bread is always good. I got the "Chocolate Chip Muffie". It was good, not fresh, but good. My friend got a salad and commented that she thought there would be more chicken in a salad that has "Chicken" in the name of the salad. She liked the salad and said the flavor was good. We had to clean off our table before sitting down. There were dirty napkins under the table along with a used mask and we didn't feel comfortable picking them up to throw them in the bin.
Refreshing experience at this Lyons Road Panera. Instead of getting in line, we went straight to the kiosks to place our order. It was user friendly, easy and quick. Our food came out promptly and it was well prepared. Pictured is the Greek salad, unsweetened tea and broccoli cheddar soup. This location is better run than the Wilmington Pike location near Bellbrook.
Delicious!! I had the new thia chicken soup , it was delicious, I got the free side of the French baguette, when dipped in the soup so yum! I also got the green tea and it was really good!!Would definitely recommend this!!
Ordered two salads at drive thru. Got my order and left because the salad on top looked fine. Get home and look to find a salad that someone looked to be finishing. The dressing was already on the salad and there was hardly anything in the bowl….completely unacceptable! I see why it was at the bottom of the bag.
I’m not the kind of person that write reviews, but this time everyone needs to know how the salads are served in this location. I order this for my dinner and I ended up cooking something else in my house because this just can not be eaten. This is not the first time that I have an issued with my orders but this time not only was missing part of my order on which I paid $50 now I got my salad in decomposition. Very frustrated that placed this review with one star because there in no option to place a review with zero stars
It's not bad but not really a nice computer work area only three outlets and have a lot of groups. got kicked out of my seat just so the can be close and all they had was coffee while I have a computer books and iPad out doing work was going to get lunch as well but was a very small place.
This is the turkey avocado BLT. I feel like “enough said” but just in case you haven’t had one … the turkey is usually nice size cuts that always taste fresh. When I opened this sandwich up I honestly thought they gave me tuna on accident! Upon further inspection, and to my surprise, it was in fact turkey. However, when you are charging over 10 dollars for a sandwich I don’t think using what looks like yesterdays leftovers is a good look. Ntm, it goes against EVERYTHING Panera claims to be serving!! And, I might add, at every other Panera I have had nothing short of an amazing experience.this was not an isolated incident at this Panera either. The next time I ordered I got the chx & wild rice soup which I have also had many MANY times and it was so watered down that I didn’t even finish a quarter of it CORPORATE PANERA NEEDS TO LOOK AT THE COMMON THEME IN THESE REVIEWS AND PHOTOS. It’s absurd that anyone is receiving sandwiches that look like this.
I love this Panera. I come here almost everyday because I am in the sip club and I just moved here from Florida without my coffee maker lol. Stefanie at the front helped me solved a reward issue with my Panera account. I just enjoy my coffee and bagels in the morning!
The food is good, the low review is based on service. I have been through the drive-through at this location least five times. Each and every time they mess up the order. Today I ordered a full Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt without the avocado, but received a half sandwich with avocado. Before that, I ordered a pick-two with the mac and cheese and autumn squash soup. I received two mac and cheeses and a bowl of autumn squash soup. Other times they have completely left out things I ordered. I hate leaving a bad review because people make mistakes sometimes, but it’s getting to be outrageous. Go to any of the other Panera locations in the area instead.
Chicken sandwich with none chicken hahaha. 12 dollars bread with cheese thank you Panera , never again !
