Well, I've worked here for half a year, so I'm definitely biased, but the team here is absolutely phenomenal. This Panera has some of the hardest working and accommodating people I have ever worked with. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I have :Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
They have good food but it annoys me when the cashier is NOT smiling…like smile look excited to see customers and make me feel special it’s not that hard..Jayden.
My birthday bucket list lunch was sad today. I cried. They forgot my bowl in curbside. We were told to go back. My daughter had begun eating but felt bad. She stuffed hers back into a bag-messy! All the exits make you exit that area around Target. Meaning there’s no looping back. I called, sad, and asked for a refund they could have cold food back. I was hung up on. Drove 45 minutes to get this. Turned 55 and dad gave me money. I was finally going to splurge. I should have picked a different place. This is also my first business review. I should have known after she cut me off because she couldn’t get my phone number right. It was about 10:15AM on September 20
The service at the front was great and I picked up the food without issue. I feel like asking for a tip was a bit of a stretch. Nobody waits on you. You have to fill up your own beverages and wait at a counter for your order. I also think $49 for two is very expensive in comparison to comparable options. Her grilled cheese wasn't very toasty, and my flatbread pizza was too saucy, very sloppy and disappointing. We both enjoyed the soup and will only be having soup here from now on I think. It's too cool and bright in the dining area and we probably won't be returning for the dine in experience.
We got there and the lady that took are order was good don’t get my wrong it was everything after. We have one behind her telling her that they had plenty of my sandwiches in stock cause they are terrible. The rest of team is boasting about being closed at 9 as if to try and get us out the door and then as we go to pick up our food the girl chucks the ticket at the counter
My husband brought home bagels. Mine was supposed to be cinnamon raisin. I ended up with blueberry instead, which would've been fine if it was fresh. This bagel was hard as a rock to the point that it could be used as a weapon. This is the 2nd time this has happened. If I could give zero stars I would. I am done with Panera. They used to be good but they've gone seriously down hill.
I usually enjoy my Panera experiences, but I was very disappointed last night. I ordered at my table through the app which told me my food would be delivered. After about 5-7 minutes, I wandered past the rapid pick-up shelves and didn't see an order, though I noticed a few orders out, one of which may have been mine. Another minute or two later, my last name was shouted from the kitchen, and when I asked about the table delivery, the staff gave a couple of half-hearted excuses a simple apology would have gone a long way. In addition, the autumn squash soup temperature was luke-warm, over-thick maybe sitting out too long? and missing the pepitas. The bread's texture was definitely different than I'm used to, almost stale or at least not fresh and fluffy. I left a few bites of the soup because the texture just wasn't pleasant at the end. On the positive side, the restaurant was kept clean by the young man clearing tables, and the other worker I interacted with was friendly. It was slightly busy when I ordered maybe 10-12 customer groups that I could see, but was a slow Sunday evening.
What happened to Panera in general? They use to have a great variety of bread and now they're down to 3 LoL. Quality of bread also dropped but the price went up. Just now ordered a cappuccino and I have a feeling they have now idea hot to make one because what I received was a mug of coffee with a bit of milk, instead of a double shot of espresso with milk foam over top. This mug was filled with coffee to the brim. Brownie had to be sitting out there for couple of days.
I come here frequently and the food is always made quick, accurate and of quality! 5 stars if I didn’t have to hunt my take-out orders down . Seems to not be a good system in place anymore…
Ordered Panera Bread delivery for lunch today with my coworkers. For the past half dozen orders we’ve placed there has been a minimum of two items messed up, we decided to try them once more today for lunch. Once again Panera Bread on Alpine could not fill our simple order properly. My cesar salad came with chicken on it when I ordered without, I can not eat chicken as part of my dietary restrictions so this makes the entire salad inedible to me, they also gave us the wrong sides. I decided not to bother calling and making them aware of the mistakes they’ve made as previous times they’ve shown little remorse and only offered a free cookie for our trouble. We have been long time customers and often times order $60+ worth of food and tip generously but this is the last time we will get food from them unless this location gets some major help and improves.
