Had a late morning brunch with my wife and baby on a weekday. Location was clean, quiet and, thanks to the staff, very welcoming. We had a couple of sandwiches and a soup; all were tasty. I prefer this location over the one in Wyomissing and I try to stop in whenever I'm in the area.Food: 5/5
This Panera needs a overhaul. I typically love Panera, but this location always has issues. Cold food, order not right, wrong ingredients, huge chunks instead of diced as shown, rice not fully cooked. Last time going here, will not be back.
Standard Panera. You always know you can get a nice fresh salad , sandwich or soup and find a nice quiet place to sit and enjoy some quiet time. Clean, service ok but it’s self serve so can not expect too much. Personally like their cappuccino better than Starbucks.Recommended dishesFrench Baguette, New Thai Chicken Soup
A great place to study and have some food! I enjoy eating the different soups they have as well as trying out their coffees and teas. The staff is always very kind. There are outlets near each table making it easy to charge my laptop when studying, and you'll easily find others working hard on projects for motivation to keep studying. Definitely recommend stopping here if you need to get some work done!
Recently opened, so very clean. Food was fresh and delicious. Nice atmosphere. Music wasn't too loud. I didn't interact much with staff, but they were nice when I did. So glad there is now one closer to home! My only suggestion would be to add the French baguette as an alternate bread option for sandwiches on the self-order kiosks.
If you're looking for a tranquil environment to eat this is the one place. Customer service is always great food quality is excellent. Food is always fresh location is perfect day or night this is the place you want to eat cold or hot weather! 10/10 Parking: Clean and spacious nice landscape
Very disappointed! Ordered two salads with chicken. 1 Salad had 0 Chicken in it and the other salad had hardly any chicken in it. Called the store to speak with the manager She told me that they would send a voucher for 2 dinners. Have not received anything. A waist of $35.89.

We've always liked Panera food. This particular store is a different story. We've ordered food there 5 or 6 times & have never received our correct order yet. Additionally, they skimp on the meat in the sandwiches, never fill the soup bowls more than 3/4 of the way, and CAN NOT put a sandwich together correctly. The last we were there, we ordered cheese on our sandwiches. My husband made it a point to ask the employee who made the sandwiches if she remembered to put cheese on them. She cheerfully replied that yes, She had! In fact there was NO cheese on either sandwich. There was a container that contained a single slice of cheese, cut in half! This is the WORST Panera we've ever purchased food.
I come here to work a lot and it's the Cleanest Panera in the Area! And if you come in the morning *Miss Heather* will greet you with an inspiring smile! She speaks to everyone and is a great reminder that kindness goes a long way
