This is mainly a online order and take out location. There are few sitting spots inside the store. I started going to this store after becoming a sip club member. In the morning their coffee is really good, but in later part of the day most of the times it’s stale or empty. I do like the online order quick service. They put the cup out for my order in seconds. Few times I ordered the lemonade and it was very well made, served within minutes.
I'm very happy that Panera has opened a new located on 23rd & 6th right by Home Depot. The management and staff are friendly and the food is fresh and flavorful as always. Liz, the general manager, and Sean I met them years ago at the 7th & 29th/28th store that was closed. Fatou and Fanta are store managers which also prioritize a great customer experience. Paola is very helpful and attentive she helped me place my order. The place itself is small but it's a great size for the area since it is a more high paced busy busy area which will likely draw in students and workers in the area.
I am impressed providing their services,Particularly the staff attitudes. I was offered the great service I have ever experienced in New York. I accidentally dropped the food from my hand. And they remade for me ones more, even though I told " don't need to remake". This is the great way to treat the customer. They are exactly maintaining the customer loyalty..
Worst customer service at any Panera I’ve ever been to. 1. They never put Rapid pick up orders on the shelf. 2. The pick up orders are Never ready when the message says they are. 3. Discrimination rains high in this location. If you have light skin you are fine and will be helped immediately and your orders will be completed be others whom are not. Put in my order and when I went to pick it up it was being worked on. That’s fine. I watched them finish it and leave in completed and bagged in the back, they did not call out my name to see if I was there and waiting or put it on the RPU shelf. I had been sitting but stood up to ask if it were mine, I was ignored. The orders after mine got completed and the names were called out immediately. The people were not there. I was able to make eye contact with someone and was asked if “I needed something” rude. I told them my name and they grabbed my ready order which had been sitting back there ready for at least 10 minutes. I took it and left but no longer wanted the food. The whole exchange left a sour taste in my mouth. I work up the street and usually drop in 2-4 times a week, but today was my last visit. The discrimination in this location is ridiculous. There are tons of other options around this area with better pricing, bigger portions and WAY better customer service. Kindness, non judgement and a smile go a long way. Highly recommend you skip this location and eat elsewhere. Was really excited when it opened so close to work, highly disappointed with the outcome.
I has visited this location this afternoon on the 27th. The reason for 3 stars I left. When you order hazlenut iced coffee, You will get 3 pumps of vanilla syrup for no additional charge. You'll be charged the same price if you request none or 3 pumps of syrup. You'll get charged on 4th pumps of syrup. I think the employee put none even though I didn't modify the order. Since you'll be charged the same when you request none or 3 pumps of syrup. #1 The lady who calls customers' name and hands out orders was HORRIBLE. A couple of months ago, there was a very nice young, tall gentleman who treated customers super gentle. #2 They forgot to put a piece of bread that comes with a cup of soup 2 times in a row. I was going to order 2 items in one sandwich and a soup but, I changed my mind because a cup of fruit are not showing on the screen. Even though they charged for it. And, even though I ordered flavors ice coffee for sure. But, I got regular ice coffee. Big difference. The flavored coffee was the best.
I have taken out sandwiches and soups countless times. I have not had my order wrong when there were younger employees months ago.. I always get a piece of bread with soup. Today. I have ordered soup and I was given an option to choose bread and 2 other items. I used the self-service register that does not give a reciept.. I chose apple slices. But, lady didn't give me any. Tip:Use your phone to order. Do not use the kiosk that is in the store. It does not give you a reciet. So that I will have a proof of what I ordered..If you find items are missing. You will have a proof. Old employees were young but were a superior employees that were very polite and respectful. Got confused when the screen above indicates my order was ready but IT TAKES A WHILE for the kitchen stuff TO PUt my order on the shelf.
1. I like to get my soup here very tasty,! Strawberry poppyseed chicken salad - Not really, I don't understand how can eat smoked chicken and fruit.Food: 4/5
Team is very nice however every 2/5 times I order somethings missing. Today was the avocado on my green goddess, and to make it worse i paid for an extra protein. If you didnt have avocado it should have been listed or i should have been asked to swap with another protein. Either way it pains me to say but im going to stop ordering my daily you pick two/ salad if this continues.
Love the new location. I take advantage of the Sip Club program and love how convenient this location is to pick-up a quick coffee before work. The self-serve coffee stations are always kept full, which is great. On the peculiar side, this location doesn’t seem to have any hot tea options available. Additionally, one evening when I thought about stopping in for decaf coffee, the app noted that this location stops serving decaf after 2 PM.
The food was delicious as always, although I would have preferred a person to take my order instead of a kiosk but hey I wanted some good food and that's what I got.Food: 5/5
