I rarely come to Panera, and that's only because I forget about it, but the food is always on point. I would pick it here over the other place. The service was good and the place was clean.Food: 4/5
My wife and I stopped here for a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and took care of our order in a timely manner. When ordering, you’re able to see into the kitchen and it looked like the floors could benefit from being swept. My wife enjoyed her soup and sandwich but the lettuce in my sandwich was far past its prime and had a slimy texture.
Delicious sandwich as usual but it was quite a wait. In line for a while to get the order taken. Vegetarian options: Great vegetable choices available. Fresh salads and soups Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for dietary restrictions Parking: There's not a lot of parking spaces at lunch Kid-friendliness: Good atmosphere for kids Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spaces available but filled
I like panera bread, my main issue is whats the point of the rapid pick up, if i have to wait in line just to tell them i have a rapid pick up just so they can start my order. Came in and there was 1 person in front of me, 2 girls working the front, 4 people moving around in the back and the place was empty and i still waited almost 10mins for 1 bagel that i pre-ordered. The wait time for a empty building is outrageous, i can understand lunch or a dinner rush. But the waits are so crazy it makes this place not worth it.
Customer Service had Alot to be desired. Visited after 7pm soup tasted like it sat all day. Ordered Avocado with sandwich it was not included. Girl at counter was rushed. Wouldn't speak clearly when asked what was included on the sandwich. The bread that came with sandwich wasn't available, chose a different #2 bread told later that it wasn't available and called to counter again and that #3 bread wasn't available. I had to choose a bread I didn't want and the sandwich was put together sloppily. Ordered the chicken and wild rice soup. Barely any rice was in soup Asked about the desserts. They were all pushed to the corner, muffins were upside down, some stacked on top of each other. Did not look presentable or inviting. No discount offered for Not having the 3 types of bread that were unavailable. Sad that I took my family there that was in town for the holidays and that was her last meal and experience before she flew out the next day. I will not return again. Wish Panera across the street didn't close.
It was my first time trying Panera and I was very pleased. The service was friendly and the food was fresh. I had a sandwich with bacon, smoked gouda, avocado, and chipotle sauce with sourdough bread and it was very very good.Food: 5/5
I am so shocked to see this place looking the way it does right before dinner time. When I walked in a man said to me good luck they are so slow today. There was no one at the register and it took a minute to get them there. I gave service a 2 because she did ask if I had the sip club. Seems sad and spoke softly but she was not rude. I’m still waiting for a salad. Every table is nasty with food and some with cups. Had to wipe my own table off. The bathroom was so messy and dirty. I had just went in the wash my hands. They were out of large cups but, did not offer me two smalls like most other stores do. This one compared to the Grovetown one is like night and day. Management need to relay get some things in order. Not sure if this is corp owned or franchised but, they need help. I am still waiting for my salad and there is 4 people in here.
The staff is great and even though this location is always busy they get the food out very quickly. The environment is nice and clean. Food is always fresh!
I ordered the turkey sandwich and as i was eating it i noticed my lettuce was black,i showed to the cashier and all i got was an oh,she did walked towards another employee but nothing WOW I do have a pic. Vegetarian options: My daughter had a vegetarian sandwich.
Half of my order was missing. They claimed to have "run out" but instead of communicating that they decided to give me an incomplete order. The modifications were not honored for the item I actually did receive. Sauce on the side. Taste wise the food met my expectations. I'm just disappointed in the lack of care.Food: 4/5
