Who doesn't love a salad! The day was beautiful,  so something not so heavy was perfect. The presentation was A+.Food: 5/5

Bagels hard as rock. I ordered 36 bagels to share with my co-workers, never again! I pre-ordered the day before so I could have some guarantee of freshness and availability next day. I also ordered them to be sliced. So I did get the bagels, unsliced and hard! I was afraid to break a tooth with those. My co-workers were afraid to cut their hands while slicing them rocks.

If I could give a zero I definitely would... Where did the pride in Customer Service go? At first I thought it was just the younger generation but baby boomers are joining the entitled club as well.... Very rude staff and I watched employees play around in the kitchen while preparing customers food.Food: 2/5

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panerai and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The food was not only delicious but also had a distinct organic taste that left me craving for more. I’ve been wanting to try the teriyaki warm bowl for a while and it’s always sold out but today.. It was finally available therefore I ordered it! I was excited to finally trying it and I was so disappointed when I opened and seen my food… this is what I got for $13??? So disappointed not at all of what is advertised in the website!  Parking: Good parking

$ 7 for a cup of soup to go?!?!? I ordered chicken and wild rice and had 2 pieces of chicken and 3 carrots amongst runny soup. Cream of chicken should be thick! Woo hoo bread to fill me up but at this price INSANE because I can buy refrigerated Panera soup at the grocery store at TWICE the serving for $ 5 or less!!  The French bag whatever they sent was hard as a rock. I seriously want my money back. This is ridiculous!  To top it off NO MORE CHOCOLATE CHIP BAGELS!! WTH!!! RETIRED?!?! SERIOUSLY??? It's the only ones my kids eat from there.  DONT GO TO PANERA! SO NOT WORTH IT!! This store especially where people want a buck sitting on the curb outside

I have visited 3 times to this place.  1st time was my worst experience  because the lady was so mean at the register am trying to find some good meal ended up taking cold sandwich and salad and I still remember I didn’t toss the waste in  recycle  just push to the another table that frustration i was due the meat was bad.  2nd visit was drive through smoothies smell like dirt pungent don’t know why..? and my 3rd visit was excellent at the cash register the lady greeted me well answered my questions and patiently took the order and answered my questions  and make me comfortable. Unfortunately 3rd time my salad was bad. I usually go to oak creek Panera it’s nearby where I live after 3 years staying there moved to s27th location nearby Panera unfortunately I didn’t like it this location

Wrong cup size 16 oz instead of 20 oz and didn’t fill up to the top! Two days in a row!!Service: 1/5

Wow, I can’t believe my eyes. I paid 14.00 for this meal. This is what I received a half of a place that looks like it’s been chewed and spit out out. Every time go to this Paneras the food is horrible. I do not have this experience at other Panera locations.

Came through the drive-through and was told that they don’t have cheddar broccoli soup or chicken noodle soup and didn’t even say they ran out so it seems like she didn’t want to work. Worst service ever. I live five minutes away from this location and had to drive 20 more minutes to a different location. This is ridiculous. Please do something about your employees.
