I love this place. Great food, service is a little slow, but the people working there are awesome!! I go here as often as I can. The sandwiches are very tasty, the soups are wonderful, and the bagels and cookies are the best!Food: 5/5
So I had a Uber pick up not a delivery. I pull up to the drive thru window with my order receipt ready, I get told I can't pick up at the window and I must come into the store. But she was pretty rude about it especially when I've done pick up through the window before and was trying to explain that to her and instead of saying no we don't do that. Just go to the front. She said no and close the window on me So I proceed to come into Panera to pick up my order and I'm told it is on the delivery shelf. Unfortunately I am looking at my order not on the delivery shelf because it is a pickup shelf and I told her this three times now that it was for pickup. So then the lady I am talking to proceeds to come around the counter picking up my order out of the spot and telling me oh it's there because it's a pickup and not a delivery with some of the most snarky attitude I've gotten in a long time. This is absolutely disgraceful for Panera bread because I think it was your manager that treated me this way. It takes 2 seconds to be polite, but this very old blonde lady in a fully black uniform with clearly a lifetime of an experience needs customer service training and a hearing aid, I know it doesn't matter, but I personally will not be eating at the Panera bread and the Walmart plaza in Papillion, Nebraska anymore.
This is my cold latte I just received after an hour of waiting and paying $45 for an order. I am curious where the other half went. Really irritating that we pay a fortune for food already and can't even get the full portion or have it when it's fresh. Never again.Food: 1/5
Nope, never again! I spent almost $50 on food for myself & my two children. My salad was so small I was in disbelief. After addressing it with the lady up front she said she would have it remaid. Minutes later she brings me out a bowl of plain lettuce & tells me this is all she can do. I was actually insulted as I work in customer service & would never think to treat a customer that way! This whole situation did not set well with me as I work hard for my money & just wanted what I paid for essentially. I decided to address the situation with the manager, long story short he could have cared less. I will not be back & if you would like to be full after your meal I suggest spending your money elsewhere.
Purchased the bacon turkey bravo asked for no special sauce. Not only was the sauce still added. But nothing on this looks fresh it looks old and stale. As if it was pre made and just sitting it’s disgusting at best. And the worst part is the mistakes with orders seems to be a normal occurrence at this location. I’ve come several times in the last couple months. And each time I’ve had to park and go back in from the drive-thru. Ask that the order be made correctly as the receipt shows. Some serious retraining needs to be done.
So I’m making this review as a door dash delivery driver. I’m leaving this review so whoever reads these from the company knows how they impact us when we’re doing our jobs. I got assigned to a delivery about 5-10 minutes after they supposedly closed. I show up the lobby is closed okay no biggie I’ll go through the drive thru. I get to the drive thru and an employee asked through the speaker if I’m here to place and order or here to pick up an order. I told her I was here for a pick up order from doordash for customer name I waited a couple minutes and isn’t hear a response at all. So I pulled through to the window and I’m waiting to get my customers order. About 10-15 minutes of waiting I see the employees WALKING OUT IN FRONT OF MY CAR! Like seriously?! Thank god my customer was friendly and understanding when I called to let them know what happened! Oh and icing on top of the cake they were still standing in the parking lot next door just staring at me until I zoomed out of there! I hope my customer gets his refund.
Tonight I enjoyed some chicken noodle soup with a green tea. Everything was fresh and hearty. The staff was kind and worked fast. The facility is new and clean. They now have a drive through which is perfect for the quick grab and go.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
As a customer I always have a good experience here. However as someone who is aware of some employees not returning after their first day due to a RACIST and rude dishwasher I would say come on Panera Bread get it together and regional managers go see why there is such high employee turnover here!Food: 5/5

The manager was completely rude and disrespectful. When I tried to express my concern, her response was to yell at me to step away from her window. No effort to try to de-escalate and if fact seemed inclined to make me even more angry. Also, how is it they they plan their product availability to where they run out of everything and it’s on 9am? Don’t go here unless like to be treated poorly and waste a trip because they don’t have anything. Terrible management!
