The staff was friendly. My soup and sandwich was very good. It was lunch so it was packed and needed a little tidying but we enjoyed our experience.

I have been enjoying going here.  I would give it a 5 star but often the self service ordering area does not work properly and it can be very hard to get a seat.  though that does not seem to stop me from eating there.  I expect that I will eat there often as time goes on.

Very delicious and good food choice. The place is very clean and pleasant. The manager is cool! He will crack some jokes once a conversation started

Really do not like THIS Panera location. I would stop going if I could but my family love the food. In general excellent selection of salads, soups and sandwiches. Love the whole grain flat breads. Love the free WiFi and plenty of electric outlets on every corner of the dining area so I can charge my electrical devices while I have my lunch or a quick snack. 
Like the fact that all the food have no artificial ingredients or preservatives. Now, if they can also offer organic options, that would be even more fantastic!
The app is easy to use for order ahead for pickup. Highly recommend you get the Panera card and the app if you plan to eat here. The rewards, even if you don't eat here that often do add up.They also have recycling and compost bins.

1 Stars is a comment on the service here  because despite being very friendly, every several orders or so something always messes up. Example: Order to go of certain bagel, then when picking up was told it is out. Sandwich special order made incorrectly either the cashier entered it incorrectly or the kitchen makes it incorrectly (when pointed out, the blame game is on). Today, my order  completely was missed. It is an order of 3 bagels. My guess is there is a miscommunication between the kitchen and  bakery staff. Mishaps like this happens often enough that I check my take out order every time  before leaving the store or gets frustrated and angry later.

Every time I go in, service is lovely. Nothing wrong with orders, everything is fine when I dine in. Every time I get an order to go, even when I order at the location, something is wrong or missing. Without fail there is a problem with an order. This latest time my husband did not get a sandwich in a combo. The time before that we got the wrong soups. Time before that my salad was wrong. We completely give up ordering from the night shift. The afternoon shift is lovely but the night shift leaves MUCH be desired.
