When you visit in the afternoon, you’ll be highly disappointed. This is the second attempt. Nearly everything is sold out… Hard-working team members are put in a very difficult position, as there is not enough food ordered to actually be open in the afternoon. It would be great if this place closed at 12… However, they stay open without being able to clean tables, vacuum, stock their food, or have enough of their menu items. Panera is usually so awesome… Not sure what is going on at this location. Dishwasher is also broken. Panera corporation, wake up and help!
Went around 2 hours before closing, ordered the green goddess sub only to see that they were out of half of the ingredients. I subbed in onions, hoping that it would be enough to make the sandwich passable... It did not. Ordered the cinnamon roll for dessert, and in spite of the fact that it was hard as a rock, it was the best part of the meal.
Today I had a very solid lunch from Panera in Sand City. I ordered a value duet with the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and creamy tomato soup. I also ordered a mango yuzu citrus charged lemonade. The whole meal was great. The sandwich on their tomato basil bread had lots of veggies as well as hummus and feta cheese. I've never thought about putting feta on a sandwich before but it definitely works. Everything was fresh, tasty and very satisfying. The tomato soup was tasty as well and the caffeinated lemonade was great. Will definitely be ordering this combo again.
Clean, and spacious inside. The tables and booths aren’t super close, which is nice. They even have a conference room you can reserve I thought was pretty neat. Restrooms were clean. Love that there’s a tesla supercharger nearby. I stopped for an herbal tea, orange ginger mint, it was delish! There’s also outdoor seating on the patio.

I eat here at least a few nights a week. They have an awesome Mediterranean Salad that is made a little different than normal, but it's still Greek . I really like how I can order while I'm stuck in traffic on my way home from work and then swoop in and pick it up before I go home. The food is delicious. I've never eaten there, but the atmosphere seems nice and welcoming. Parking: There is usually parking right up front.
I got the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel as I had it once before. I ordered online and it was ready in 6 of the 10 minutes. They give you a small container of cream cheese if you order it. The best of two worlds in a bagel. I heated it up for 30 seconds, perfection. It comes sliced too. I appreciate the fact that the employees wear masks and gloves. Parking: Parking is scarce depending on the time of the day.
Very outdated for not being very old. Big open space looks like a diner. Not very clean. Nice greater at the register to take order. Don't expect much in terms of service after order is placed. This was my first trip to this location. I was surprised to see no one working at the front counter. After a few minutes, a gal showed up and looked surprised that we were there. She told me to hang on someone, and that would help us shortly. Well,........finally a guy came back and took our order. Ok. This location had quite a few homeless people hanging out and begging for handouts. 4-6 people just camped out for the free Wi-Fi. In all the PB locations I visit each week, I would give this location a D+. Did not feel safe. The smell of homeless in the restaurant who were sleeping was so bad in some of the areas we couldn't enter them.
Great place to stop for lunch. Did the pick two and got the Cream of chicken & wild rice soup along with half a Turkey sandwich. Everything else was great! As a mom to a picky eater, my son loved his grilled cheese sandwich and yogurt! My grandma loved the fresh hot coffee. My only complaint is the employee that took our order had a annoyed attitude towards us. Also didn’t realize the sandwich came with onion till we got our order but no biggie.
