This restaurant always gives me a slight feel of being in a cafeteria because of the way it's set up and virtually no integration with the staff. But that's not really my complain. Prices are a bit high and the sandwiches and panini's are OK but nothing special. I once went through the drive-through to order a particular sandwich and they said that that sandwich was no longer being served and yet it was still on the board being offered through the drive-through. The boy at the drive-through apologized and asked if I wanted something else, so I ordered a grilled cheese with tomato and a small cup of soup. When I came home and opened up the box, basically I found this squished grilled cheese sandwich that looked like it was thrown in the container and tossed around, also no tomatoes on my sandwich like I requested. I haven't been back since and I don't know if I will.
