This Panera location is very nice. The service is great although to be honest it's extremely busy all the time so expect to have some sort of wait.

I truly give them credit because some customers i see are so mean to them for no reason. They always stay kind regaurdless.

I wish Allison and Alyssa were runners more often though because they are always fun to talk with
and they're super friendly. 🍞

My experience at Panera today was better than usual. Our cashier Josh was super helpful and polite, he issued me a Panera Bread reward card and explained how it works and I got a free treat just for signing up! Most places I go the cashiers seem like they don't care about anything, and don't want to be there, but today was a nice change. I will be coming back more often!

Came in this morning and the woman who took my order was incredibly rude. I've worked many jobs that were hard, where I had to be there early, and hated that job. I was never once rude or mistreated a customer. You're getting paid to be there, be polite at least.

This is for the Manager of this place
can teach their stuff good manners 
i don't think is to hard especially a family place 
the cashiers very rude

I've been coming to this Panera for over 3 years and for the most part I have a fast and easy experience. The high-light of my business with them was when they ran out of the smaller cups of plain cream cheese and the manager provided me with the large tub for no additional charge. Small things like that make a huge difference.

Update 12/23/16 - service has gone down significantly since my previous post. The clerks are just moody in the morning and the entire Panera serving process is completely confusing now. The breakfast sandwiches are basically Playdough and the bagels are one molecule away from being classified as cardboard. I hate to say I used to be a customer 3+ times a week and now I'm down to once every 2 weeks.

Update 2/14/17 - The culture of this Panera is now just awful. No one really cares about returning a kind attitude or smile. The clerk "Shirley" is half asleep and couldn't care less about assisting anyone.
