First over all I am really anger and upset of the customer service I got at this location !!!!Last Sunday I came to this location . It was my first time at this location . What a horrible service I got that day . First of all the cashier seemed to be day dreaming . She took my order and charged me 2 extra things that I didn't want, I didn't realize this until I got home. I asked her to remove any nuts on my 2 salads that had them because I am Algeric to them which I did mention to her . I felt rushed when she was taking my order . And even after she took my order she forgot to give me my pastries and I came home to my whole order being wrong and got something I didn't order because the cashier wasn't paying attention to me and what I was ordering !!!! She charged me 2 full sandwiches and 3 salads that I never wanted I only wanted half of one salad and half a sandwich and 1 full salad but when I got home and looked at the food the cashier had charged me for extra items and the wrong salads and sandwich!!! I was frustrated and I had called in to talk to a manger the same cashier had answered the phone who took my order and she hanged up on me instead of passing me to a manger when I asked her to pass me to one . I hope the manager get that cashier straight and shouldn't be putting that girl on cash if she keep making mistakes this isn't my first time she has taken my order and has rang me up for the wrong thing ! I came back yesterday to see if the cashier was there to give her another chance becuase I love Panera bread and it's the closet one to my home and I thought she was having a bad day so I was nice to come back to this location but I was definitely wrong about coming back !!!!The same cahier took my order she gave me attitude and I had to repeat 5 times my order because she wasn't paying attention !!!! Do the manager not do there job in hiring their cashiers !!!!! This girl was blonde and I think her name started with a T but I know she was blonde and she gave me a hard time so many times I don't know what the managers are doing but it's obvious they don't know how to hire there employees I am never coming back to this location!!! Some employees are horrible and don't know what they are doing I never see any managers ever !!! What is going on in this location you need to get your things straight!!! And replace that cashier you have that argues with their customers and talks back to them this blonde gave me attitude and argued with me about my order !!! Im surprised they hired her !!! And the managers need to seriously talk to their workers !!! Especially the people in their kitchen I was waiting on my food and this girl in orange hat making my food wasn't wearing gloves and relazied it went back to get some and then she was being really loud and laughing and not doing her job !!! This cafe needs to be shut down !!!! I am never coming back where is the general manager doing her job they need to replace her and have someone actually taking care of their employees and watch there mistakes and the way they treat their customers and stop playing around and do their job !!!!

I have always been coming to this Panera bread since the first day it opened and always had great customer service today was different and not what I expected . When I was waiting for my to go order this young lady in Oran she hat had told me that she ran out of my favorite bread which was the cranberry walnut bread and offered me a different one and I told her which one I wanted and seemed to me that every bread I told her she was out of but I had saw the bread behind her and told her that and she told me that was for a different order . When I got back my food it wasn't on the bread I had told her to make it on and my food seemed to be made sloppy and when I asked her for extra spoons and forks the young girl had told me they were in there and my side items were missing . And I had asked the other girl that was in dining to please give me some napkins and my side orders because they were missing she had told me to wait I waited 15 minutes and when she came back she told me everything g was in the bag and to have a good day and left .8 had never had this kind of services but I did felt disrespected and never coming back here to this location !!! Northridge Panera bread is so much better then this one !

I am usually the one to eat at expensive places but yesterday on a Sunday night I got of the thestures and I noticed a new panera bread opened by my neighborhood so I decide to try it out . Thank god i did the cashier was so friendly to feet me as I am approaching her to take my order, she did not rush me . I took my time taking my order she recommended me a few options which I loved that she did that and I love how she had me sample the new summer corn soup it's now my favorite with the strawberry salad . That was delicious. I want to thank the cashier for taking my order she did amazing in taking my order and suggesting foods & reading back my order !! I will defentily come back . And I hope the next time the same cashier takes my order she is doing Ana amazing job !! Shout out to M which is what the cashiers name started with !!

I've been to a handful of Panera breads while living in the valley and I have to say it's a decent Panera bread the staff are friendly and it's clean. Food is serve at a average speed but that's because there's only one server which is really bad. One server??? For dozens of people, really?!? I'm a usual there and I always see one female server on the floor. And Panera is always packed NONE of this it's empty. It's always packed in the morning, afternoon, and at nights. Oh, not to mention that there's always two managers on duty from what I know of and I never see them on the floor helping out. But, I do have to say the line does a good job with the food being always presented beautifully and it doesn't look like they just threw it on the plate for the hell of it. Cashiers is another problem, there's only one or two people on the registers and there's five registers and there's a line of five people or more especially on the usual lunch rush. Like really are you seriously under staffed that you can't add more servers or cashiers. You have people waiting in line and at the tables MANAGE BETTER YOU SO CALLED MANAGERS!!!!! I do see a lot of people in the kitchen which is a good thing food is preped faster and very well done but what's the whole point of that if there's only one server. Bathrooms are very clean, there's no graffiti on the walls or stalls and it's been opened for almost two months, usually a regular Starbucks would be full of stickers and gang insignias on the wall and ceiling. Another, issue I have and I have no problem with younger generations coming eat and enjoying there food there but when the neighboring high school students comes there it makes me not want to eat there any more and here are some of the reasons why, first of all they take off their shoes and walk around barefooted which is disgusting and no one says anything, these kids are sleeping on the tables and on there friends which is annoying to people who actually want to eat and lastly they are so load it's annoying and frustrating that it just makes me want to leave and go home unhappy. No one says anything to these "young adults" and someone should..... AND FAST!!!!!! In conclusion great cafe, great employees especially the one server who works really hard I've seen her before I think her name starts with a C or J didn't really catch it, bathrooms are clean, tables are clean, managers really need to get it together because the place is falling apart from the inside out, the line does a beautiful job and I will be going back but hopefully I see this cafe to really fix it's flaws and become a five star worth cafe. It's only been open for two months I understand but you can't go easy just cause of that reason, you must solve problems immediately in order to avoid future and even bigger problems.

The handful of times that I've been here something has gone wrong with my order, either they forget something or they don't have it available. I wanted to get a strawberry banana smoothie but they were out of yogurt, not to mention that to actually place my order it took me about 10 minutes, there was only one cashier. Definitely would just recommend going to the one in Northridge on nordhoff, much better service.
