I love Panera! Health options and not so healthy if you feel so inclined. Baked goods are delicious! Tasty salads with interesting fruit and veggie combonations. Online ordering ready for p/u when you get there. Ordering kiosks for when the line is too long. Best mac & cheese, hands down, SO creamy. LOVE IT!

Normally this place is exelcent but today's trip I had issues with the up keep of the place. The table we sat at was not clean and I noticed other small bits of trash around. The food was Exelcent as always. Their soups are awesome!

The food is good and the people who work there are very nice, but the to-go ordering is a disaster. My husband and I are new to the area and panera is less than 5 minutes away, so we order food fairly regularly. I am not exaggerating when I say that an order has yet to be correct. Whoever prepares the online takeout orders just doesn't bother to read them. Tonight I asked for no arugula, and of course I spent 5 minutes picking arugula out of my sandwich. Sometimes they give us the wrong bread, once the wrong soup, once they actually forgot an entire sandwich. Once or twice wouldn't be a big deal, but every order? We have mentioned it a couple of times, and they apologize and offer a free bakery item. We don't want anything for free, we just want the food that we ordered and paid for.
