Another poor experience at this Panera; we've finally decided to stop going there, as there are so many great places to eat in Smyrna! It took 20 minutes for us to get our pickup order when we were the only people there. We sat on the bench and listened to the employees talk and laugh the entire time rather than work. They discussed how gross my salad would be with the dressing that I chose (it wasn't, by the way!) and asked, "Why would anyone in their right mind eat balsamic dressing?" Several times, they left the kitchen and went into the dining room to chat with other employees about weekend plans instead of making our food. My husband's soup was poured at the beginning of our 20-minute wait, so it was cold by the time we got it. They gave me the wrong bread with my salad and, when they put the food up, didn't even call our names or let us know it was ready. We had to figure out that it was our food. At this point, we've had several bad experiences at this location with rude and inattentive staff, and sub-par food (though the food this specific time was fine). If you want to eat somewhere in Smyrna, go pretty much anywhere other than this Panera. Very disappointed.

I love Panera Bread! They healthy food choices and the atmosphere is always comfortable.

Enjoy atmosphere. Meet my friend and we meet and talk for awhile. Orders are not always correct but food received is usually good.

This Panera has some issues. What is ordered vs what you get is often different. Ordered a "Steak and Egg Breakfast sandwich". It was a toasted bagel with nothing on it.
