I enjoy this location. The quality of the food is consistently superb. The prices are fair, however I would prefer the portions to be a little larger. It's always clean. They are wonderful about letting Meetup and other groups use their comfortable back room. Panera offers free Wifi which is very nice. They have a generous rewards program. Yes, occasionally the associates can be rude or slow to acknowledge customers, however that happens everywhere.

Very disappointed in this Panera location. It was obvious to me as soon as I walked in that none of the employees wanted to be here. They were all very slow, not friendly, and almost zombie-like. I waited I line for about 6 minutes for the only person working the morning cash registers and sadly, there was only one customer in front of me. Meanwhile, 3 people walked in behind me. There were 3 employees prepping the afternoon food and 2 managers standing there chatting - none of them offered to help on the breakfast side. Neither of the managers encouraged their employees to be any more efficient or friendly. When I finally get to the counter I smile and say good morning, a standard greeting, and the cashier simply mumbles "Are you ready?" Really Panera, I've worked in customer service my whole life and this is how you lose customers. I doubt I'll ever come back here. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food was still good, despite the lousy service.

I love Panera Bread, the place is always clean and food is always fresh. The only problem I have is every time I go to this place and order food, but then i decide to add a cookie to my order, I notice every time that my total goes up tremendously and as soon as I ask them why did my total jump from $6.29 to $11 how much is the cookie. Then the cashier notice that I noticed, they call the Mgr and the Mgr fixes the register. People be on ALERT because Panera bread are thieves, start looking at your receipts!!

Always a pleasure here. Tomato soup is the finest. Gentleman behind counter, maybe a cook also helps on the floor delivering trays!

I came over to have a late lunch after a medical test. I had to fast from midnight until 3 pm the next day so needless to say I was starving. I picked Panera because I love their menu. I am always looking to pick a healthy option whenever I can and Panera has a menu filled with them. I usually get soup and a half sandwich or a salad and a half sandwich. On this trip I picked the strawberry poppy seed with chicken salad and chose the Chinese citrus cashew with chicken salad to go for my hubby who is trying to watch his blood sugar by cutting carbohydrates. I really appreciate that Panera serves antibiotic free chicken. My salad was brought promptly to my table by the loveliest lady. I wish I had gotten her name because she was such a ray of sunshine. I was kind of down because it was my birthday and I spent the whole day getting medical testing. Not to mention the not eating all day part. When she brought my salad she was so sweet that she cheered me right up. My salad was delicious too. It was huge and filled with sweet strawberries, pineapple, and blueberries and lean chicken. Some places have kind of funky tasting chicken in their salads (ahem Wendy's) but not Panera. My salad was perfect. I would eat one every day for lunch if I could. I know this location aids the community too but supporting the Dunn's Run in Deerfield every year which raises money for the Boys and Girls club of Broward county.
