So being I couldn't get the app to place my order it online I tried to call to place a to go order to be ready for my very short break on a 12 hour work day. But after trying for 20 minutes and no one picked up the phone I decided to chance it. The young lady was very nice and offered a free drink to apologize. Cool, then I waited my whole break waiting for my food. Of which I will not get to eat for 7 more hours now. Thanks for this awful experience.

Nice restaurant with a variety of different places to sit. I like the way they break up the space in the dining room with partial walls, as it creates a more interesting atmosphere and place to spend time. I really like the breakfast egg souffles and some of their pastry selections. Mediterranean salad is good because of all of the ingredients. The bread bowls with the soups is a nice interesting touch to the menu as it's very specific to this restaurant and helps make it unique. I also like the art on the walls showing bread used in different ways. Nice ambience to the overall restaurant.

Service was quick. French Onion soup was cooked to mush. Baked Potato Soup was made with artificial bacon bits. Side bread was so tough you couldn't eat it. On the plus side, the Steak & White Cheese hot sandwich was great as well as the Chipotle Chicken & Avocado hot sandwich.

Very clean and efficient. Received a free pastry for my birthday with my rewards card. Chicken salad sandwich and broccoli cheese soup was fantastic.

I wish I could give you a negative score.  Waited for an hour for a dine in meal & had to take it to go.  A gentleman expedited the Order when I asked for my money back.  He asked what I had ordered, I told him.  The entire order was wrong.  

I have never been so disappointed with an eating establishment.  I will certainly NEVER go back.  Not even for a refund!
