Don't be sure of service when u get there!!!  Called in for a dozen bagel quick pickup. Stopped in a half hour later but no order was ready n staff said didn't know what was going on. They couldn't find the order. I couldn't wait (reason for quick pic). When my wife called w receipt info they told her yes they found the info but forgot to get it ready and therefore credited our account. First bad experience of 3 trips. 66% performance. You decide.

This location just cant seem to handle basic orders. They NEVER get mine right. Last time I was here I got a salad - straight off the menu, no special requests. A half hour later I'm back at my work and open it up to find no dressing at all. I called and complained and a manager told me he would mail me coupons (i have yet to receive.)
Today I go in and order the same damn salad. To go. With chips. I double check the bag to make sure they gave me dressing this time and I notice they gave me a baguette instead of chips. Is it really that difficult?!
It's not even like I'm there at prime time...this was at 2pm.

I love Panera but I was disappointed with this location. Our kids meal and a bowl of soup  came to $17+ dollars. I was charged over $2 for the kids drink and fruit cup both of which we were told came with the meal. It was a hassle to change the order with a long line behind me so we just paid for it. The restaurant was out baguettes as well as other items too. Luckily the food was hot! The staff was not overly friendly nor accommodating. Reflecting I believe it was just a bad day and time to come.

One egg, one slice lunch meat ham, between slices of toast. I can make better at home. It wasn't what I ordered anyway but I didn't check the sandwich before I left. My fault. But what happened to the smoked white cheddar cheese and ciabatta bread??
