We have been coming to this Panera for months. It is close to home. Having said that if there was a "negative star rating" this store and staff would receive it! We use the app to custom our orders for rapid pickup and no exaggeration that 9 out of 10 times is always wrong! Unacceptable since the staff and management refuse to make a wrong right. The attitude is also unacceptable and unprofessional. All any customer wants for a service they pay for is to have the order correct. This store is not that example. They no longer get our business. I make sure to let my family, friends and coworkers know.
Driving the extra 10 minutes to Lincoln who is a true role model on how a Panera Bread should perform at all locations is worth the trip. They are now my go to store. Professional, food made correctly and the staff is actually happy to work there which in turn makes for a remarkable customer service experience for the patron.

Just left your location and I ordered food and coffee with my family. When I went to pour my ice coffee it looked like a tinted water. I know what coffee should look like black I am a barista myself. I told the gentlemen behind the counter and he said he would brew another batch. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked the male barista if it was brewed yet he said it was all set. It looked like water again so I said would you like to see it he said no I’m all set that’s the best you get for today sorry. No sorry you lost a customer of 15+ years.

This place was not what it is cracked up to be .
I have not been there in some time and  decided to take my mom there for dinner .
Service was awful and the food was not good the soup was cold and the place was  filthy !
They don’t let you post pictures or I would show how filthy the place was
