The Newport location is always freezing and messed up my order the last time I was here. Today I called in my order to avoid the wait and now I’m waiting in a mile long line while my food is probably ready and getting cold. Please open a Panera in Portsmouth so that I don’t have to come here anymore

I was on a bus trip, and we stopped your establishment. I had the turkey sandwich, and it was stuffed. By far, this PB is the BEST I have been to. I am from PA, and the ones near me, do not do this with their food !

First off the manager Christina is not very friendly, My daughter drove 20 mins from Portsmouth to Newport for a simple order which the manager took it was for 2 BOWLS of broccoli cheddar soup and 1 turkey bravo sandwich, it was about 6:00 there was no one else in line she charged my daughter for the order for the correct amount, however when she gets home the sandwich is right but there are these 2 tiny cups 8ozs, not bowls 15 ozs I was livid I mean really this is the second time they have messed up on the same order in two months, Panera is expensive they should be welcoming to their customers, and they should double check the order before it goes out the door. I called Christina to tell her that they had messed up my order and she's like well do you want to come and we will take care of it for you, no Chritina while panerera may be good, it's not good enough to drive another 40 mins, not to mention peoples time and gas, how about you screwed up the order, you deliver it to the customer and apologize! Personally I will not be a returning customer and I will not recommend this Panera to anyone!

Closes too early for such a fun area.  Easy-going, little place with plenty of windows like the strip mall wants to celebrate your Summer trip to Newport with you.  One counter staff in an Orange cap was talking to herself strange but the others were quite pleasant.
