My husband ordered a take out order from inside the store and came home for us to eat. I ordered a Chicken Frontega Sandwich. I took one bite and had to spit it out. The chicken was so dry and was like sand in my mouth. I called and talked with a guy name Brian. His response, thank you for letting us know. Have a good night! I said well what are you going to do about my sandwich. I have a sandwich that I have paid for that I can't eat. Oh well whenever you come back in, we will give you a replacement sandwich.

Outstanding sandwich... incredible tea selection, and impecably clean. The crew hasTONS of pride, and it is exemplified through their work environment, attitude, food quality & presentation. Proper customer service skills have been instilled. Panera Bread should be exceptionally proud of this crew & location! Cheers!
