Never messes an order up. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only Panera I will go to !

I love Panera  go to alot of them, but this one seems to be falling by the wayside lately.  Mac and cheese and kinda cold and lumpy. Sandwiches weren't  cooked, seemed to be like hit the pannini machine for 10 seconds and off.   Soup was not as flavorful as the others.   Bread was cold.   I love Panera, but you guys gotta step it back up.     EDIT EDIT.   They have stepped up the game again.    Lunch was amazing and delicious.   Thank you.    Clean, friendly and fast!!!

I regularly meet clients here for a quick bite and a drink.  This location is perfect and the staff are always super friendly! Thank you guys!

I went through the drive thru and did not receive the bread to go with my Pick Two orders. I drove back up to the store and went in to ask for the bread and girl behind the counter acted as if she was put off that she had to get it for me. She never apologize for the inconvenience of coming back to the store. I initially said I needed three baguettes however clarified that I also ordered a full bowl of soup that should have had a baguette. When she gave me the bag I asked her if there were four pieces of bread. She was clearly annoyed that I questioned her and she confirmed there were four pieces. Well, I guess I should have checked because there were only three pieces of bread. The added insult is that as I look at their receipt it says 'Accuracy Matters' and that I should have been offered a free treat for my order not being right. I also have been to this location several times between 5 and 7 pm where they are out of several soups, baguettes, plain and everything bagels. Disappointing for a 'bread' place. Customer service is not a priority at Panera. I like their food but I also expect to be treated like they value my business and they have shown on several occasions that it is not the case.
