By far the worst Panera in this area. Go to the other one up the road, they are cleaner and waaaaay friendlier. The employee Sally was rude, made me feel like a burden for modifying an item on the menu, and incredibly unprofessional. She proceeded to talk with her coworkers about my "mistake" ordering and how my order was annoying. She did this while standing 5 feet from me and the entire hand off area heard her complaints.

Love the coffee.   I think their system can be improved for ordering.  But overall very good food and always fresh.

Each time I go to Panera Bread in North Brunswick I lose my points because the staff have trouble swiping my card or they don't know how to add  the rewards in the computer. so they tell me to do it at home with my receipts... Are they kidding me? The bread is always stale. What time of owner do they have that don't take care of training these people..yack

Good for as always. Pay cash though otherwise they are now getting to solicit tips right in front of u. It's a bit bizarre and uncomfortable
