For a Panera, this place was disorganized.  I cam in the morning, a cloudy day, but all the shades are down.  No coffee cups at the register, and the bagel slicer was jammed and apparently. It cleaned out the night before.  They don't uses the pagers, which are used a every Panera I've been too.  Food was good, service needs help.  Lithonia is much more consistent.

Everything was off there Friday night.  Service was slow and our soup set so long it had a skin on top of it.  My daughters mac & cheese was cold and had to be reheated.  Plus the person I assume was the manager was a very irritating little thing. Offered us chips or a apple in place of baguettes . They were out of bread can you believe it.   Didn't seem to care at all . I heard some of his employees telling other customers they were out and he refused to go buy some more.  Don't they make it there, just thinking out loud.  I also heard him berating  another employee in front of customers.  Not a good show to witness and should be in private.   I hope he will be gone next time we go there but will not be anytime soon.

I live 20 minutes away, and when I arrived home, with my food, there were several items missing off of my salad. I had to drive all the way back to get a correctly made salad. The staff was very nice, and very stressed. Just know they are overwhelmed now with deliveries, and online orders in their stores. Not a good move for anyone Panera, customers or for your employees. My wait time, in the drive thru, was a little under 20 minutes as well. Do not go here if you expect accuracy or a quick food run. Please don't put a "We strive for accuracy," notice on your receipts, and then have inaccuracies all the way around. Nevermind I had worked all day and had to spend over a hour just trying to get and eat my dinner because of this.
